Bought 2 pairs of boots. The assistant Deniqueka number 23 was so helpful and a really caring thoughtful girl. Made me feel at ease straight away. Top marks for the Trafford Centre store well done and thankyou.

Was in Clarks in Trafford Centre Manchester and wow was the staff on the ball. 5 star service - bought two pairs of shoes as I do live in Clarks Trigenic range and of course they are no longer available but no bother - out came 8 pairs of different Trigenics and were on sale too. I visited Clarks at the Trafford Centre today and was served by Deniqueka. I have pretty specific requirements following a foot operation and this lady went out of her way to find as many pairs of boots as she could. She measured my feet (which has not happened since I was a child!) and I found the perfect pair eventually. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very friendly and I would certainly go there again as a result!

I ordered a pair of boots from the Clarks website on 4 November. They have still not arrived. I was told to wait another 48 hours (after waiting 3 days for a response to my email) but that was 4 days ago. The tracking information is no help and customer services are impossible to get hold of as there is no phone number any more and the live chat is never answered. I used to think that Clarks was a reliable high street firm but sadly this doesn't seem to be the case. I was hoping to try the shoes on and order in another size if necessary but this as put me off as I have no faith that the refund or exchange would be processed in a timely manner. It really does annoy me when a company takes my money and doesn't deliver. It is poor to still be using Covid for such poor delivery lack of customer services after nearly 2 years and when shopping online is now the norm.

recently visited the trafford centre store for a client and received the most helpful and warming service from manager Katie. a 5 star customer service experience and helped me try on some boots for myself which i love! thank you Katie and team

My wife's experience today at Clarks Shoes Slough. Terrible customer service. I bought two pairs of shoes a while ago and on getting home realised that one of the pairs was very tight. I took them back to shop and they would not give me my money back. The manager than gave me a credit note saying I had 2 years in which to use it. I was in the High Street today and saw a closing down sale on and was went into the shop. I selected a pair of shoes i liked and took them to the till together with my credit note. They said i also needed to have a card with the note. I said the manager had only given me the credit note and did not give me a card. The assistant then called the manager. The manager recognised me and said that I had left the shop before he could give me the card and he had put the card away for safe keeping. He and the assistant looked everywhere and could not find the card. And than said I should select the shoes i want and he will give me 30% off. I said NO. my credit note was for £30 and I want these pair of shoes. He said he could not do that as I did not have a card with my credit note. He said you have no proof. I said you have just told me you kept the card for safe keeping and you cannot find it. It is your fault not mine and I want my £30. He insisted that he could not do anything. Such bad service. And what is ore they do not want to honour the credit note.

Visiting the Clarks store at the Trafford Center last Saturday, with the intention of buying a pair of Wallabees for my son, we ran into some difficulties. Thanks to the professional and friendly intervention of Jess, the girl who attended us, everything worked out in the best possible way. Our thanks.

I bought school shoes for my 12 year old son at forestside. My son is a size 9 and initially didn't think he liked the styles but Eve, who served him, brought him a couple of pairs to try and they were so comfy he wanted them. Eve was so lovely and helpful

I needed to swap a pair of shoes at Blackburn store after a mix up with the Trafford centre selling me the wrong shoe. Chelsea at Blackburn couldn’t have been more helpful. She’s organised the exchange, warned the manager who will be there when I go in, so I don’t have to explain again. She’s also going to order the right shoe for free delivery and discounted price for all the hassle I’ve had! Great service.

I am never buying from.Clarks again. I ordered a pair if trainers and returned it due to sizing issues. I used their returns portal to return the shoes via Hermes. Hermes tracking clearly shows that the parcel was returned. To date I have not been refunded. I am not able to reach customer service as the line is no longer taking calls. The chat facility is completely useless. Shocking service from such a huge chain

Since suffering from a broken hip trying to find comfortable and smart sandals has been like searching for gold. Saw these marista lara onesin the sale. Perfect in every way so much so have bought three pairs am not at all disappointed. Thanks clarks

I bought two pair of Clark’s sandals this season, and ended up with plantar fasciitis! I used to always buy and wear only Clarks, and the last pair I had were purchased over a decade ago. Best clogs I ever had, they were due for replacement. But it seems the quality and comfort of the shoes I saw and tried on this year have drastically declined! Sure wish I had those clogs back. What happened to the wonderful shoes we use to have over a decade ago? Very disappointing. My two new sandals are being thrown out… wasted my money.

I bought two pairs of Clark’s shoes as I work on the community and do a considerable amount of walking. Twice I slipped on manhole covers and landed on my backside. These shoes are not non slip so dangerous. I won’t be buying from Clark’s again.

I ordered a pair of sandals online for a special day tomorrow. They arrived sooner than expected 5*'s Clarks. Also 5 * for the poor shop assistant who did a fabulous job of managing a very busy shop single handedly. No stars and BOO for the terrible sizing. I ordered size 5 they said size 5 they were at most a size 4 and more likely a size 3! I held them up to my own pair of size 5 sandals and the embarrassed shop assistant scurried off to see if she could find another pair. I found a size 4 1/2 in the shop and they were bigger than the pair sent for me. Disappointing. Now it's too late to get a pair of gold sandals anywhere in time for my special day tomorrow. So really NOT IMPRESSED my family have bought shoes from Clarks for around 50 years and have come to expect a better standard than this. So to be clear. The shoes were marked up as 5D they were a 3 or 4. I wasted a journey to collect them.

Bought £109 per of school shoes Sept 2020 at the Ipswich branch. By December 2020 the soles had started to fall apart. Obviously with lockdown the shoes have only been used for approx four months until first defect occurred. Their website says to take faulty products instore. I took them back in April once the stores re-opened. I was told that the waiting time was at least 45 minutes. I could not wait that long so arranged a appointment with them 'Lucy the Manager said it would easily be sorted'. Paying another car parking fee I went in to be told by 'Kate' and 'Ali' that their hands are tied and that the best they could do for these faulty shoes was for me to purchase another pair with 20% off! They would not refund for the faulty pair! However had there been the same pair instore I could have just swopped them over!
However Ali initially told me that I could get 20% of what would have been the sale price of the shoe but Kate said no! She kept telling me her hands were tied and that had I waited in April she could have done something about it. So their customer service answer to the faulty school shoes was payout in total for two pairs minus 20% for one pair: i.e pay £109 x 2 = £218 minus 20% of one pair to equal £196.20 in order to get a pair of shoes to even last a full school year! It does not make sense! THEY ARE FAULTY, NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, NOT OF MERCHANABLE QUALITY. How can you tell your customer they have to purchase another pair of shoes without refunding the faulty pair! The shoes, even if the fault had occurred only yesterday, how can they think that it is a good quality product when it lasts only 10 months! He only uses them for school! POOR, POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Clarks store in Southampton - the winner of the most awful, unprofessional and unfriendly offline service this year for me! The bunch of the rudest and not attentive with zero respect staff working there! They won’t listen to you at all, they will interrupt with them nonsense while you are trying explain the problem and situation! Put me off of buying Clarks shoes at all! Luckily plenty of other much more reliable and friendly stores around here worth to visit and to shop. Just awful!

After buying a pair of Clarke’s shoes online. I waited patiently for there arrival. I received an email from there prefered courier Hermes saying the shoes had been delivered. After trying to contact the courier for over an hour with no success. I tried to contact Clarke’s with the same results. Absolutely terrible customer service. A day later the shoes arive no emails or fore warning. I will never use Clarke’s again awful service

I visited Clarks Shoes in Preston town centre yesterday and was served by two lovely ladies called Rachel and Glenis. Both ladies were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Rachel listened to my requirements carefully and advised me well, she is clearly highly experienced and shows genuine care for her customers. Glenis was great with the kids and showed skill in her measuring. I would definitely recommend a visit here.

Amazing service from Helen at the Telford Branch! Went in for my 1 year old twin girl’s first fitting and was very anxious but Helen provided fantastic service and made me feel at ease. She was very thorough, kind and was great with my girls!

Have had a couple of phone calls lately regarding faulty school shoes I purchased. Fabulous customer care, very polite and friendly.. thank-you Tara and Linda B for your efforts, it was a pleasure.
