I did order there several times because I where mostly clarks schoen. I know my size so never did Sent items back and asked for a refund . Fast delirium even thought it had to came from Italy to the Netherlands . Good prices and discounts and very comfortable and durable shoes!
Just like everyone else on here, they only partially refunded me and I have been waiting MONTHS to get my money back. I get in touch every single week and am told some BS about getting refunded soon.
Also! Please check as they did a recall of a pair of shoes due to dangerous chemicals in the dye used to colour them.
I ordered a pair of boots online on 7/01/2024 all was fine until i received confirmation of my order, the address the boots were being sent to was not my address, its was an old address of my daughters that i had used but not saved several years ago, and she no longer lives there. i phoned customer services first thing the next morning, thinking all would be fine as they had not been dispatched, after trying to get through for over 30 minutes, i was told that the order could not be changed as the computer had locked it in, i have never heard anything like this in my life. The boots were being sent to Jersey, i live in Scotland!!!! i have spent most of this week trying to sort this, Clarks dont answer the phone they dont reply to emails.... so i kept checking the tracking they finally arrived in Jersey and i received an email from customs asking me to declare the goods and pay the GST on them before they could release for delivery, i refused as i dont live in Jersey, i can only hope that EVRI will return the boots to clarks and they will refund me the full amount... they actually didnt even take the tax off in the first place (thats why i didnt question the address, I assumed they were being delivered to me, i never knew that Clarks save other peoples addresses)..... i will NEVER EVER shop at clarks online again, and i have used Clarks for years.

Wish I had seen the reviews here prior to ordering! I ordered two pairs of shoes in my usual size, both way too tight so I returned. Since 10 November I am waiting for my full refund! They only refunded 99€ instead of 229€!!! I email once a week and they always respond saying "my request has been forwarded to our relevant team for further assistance" or that "the issue will be resolved in a few days" and nothing! They owe me a lot of money! Will NEVER order from them again and you shouldn't either.
I'm waiting for my order since early October. Customer support was saying it will be sent soon. So I guess this is a fake and I will never ever receive anything. I recommend not to buy anything over this webshop.
We have been waiting for refund since 4 November. Today we received the refund from Clarks. It’s good to know that.

As everybody else is experiencing - they lie and they dont refund you money. Horrible for such a large company.
Abhorrent. You would think a reputable company such as Clarks would not have such horrible customer service. Like everyone else, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Clarks and sent them back. One month and you'll get your money back by Friday emails (reading the reviews, i guess this is a thing apparently) later I'm still waiting for my refund for both pairs. Avoid at all costs. Don't take my word, take the 1.3 stars & countless reviews with the same issue.

Terrible service. It's been 1.5 months since I returned the shoes. Still haven't gotten my money back.
Still no refund. Be very cautious, and don't order from this website.
Ordered a few shoes for 400 euros total but they where to big. So I returned them the same day. 2 months later still no refund. Every week they promise “next week you reserve the refund” im calling every week and it’s the same stor… they wont let me speak to someone higher up.. i feel scammed!!
It appears that I am one of may who many never receive a refund for returned goods.....
I'm not sure how they can operate like this. Do not shop at Clarks online!
Spent 180 EUR and did not get my refund back! I keep getting generic messages that they will issue it latest Friday... Many Friday's have passed.
Clarks is the worst webshop. I returned a purchase on the Netherlands on 18-10-2023 and after one month they still did not refunded me. I called many times and they always have the same excuse that they are processing the refund. I have emailed and tried all their contact support. Never buy from this terrible and dishonest shop. Clarks Shoes. Do you have anything to say about your mediocre customer service?
Ordered some boots in store that are only online. The boots were marked as delivered but I hadn’t received them. I sent an email about this and received an automated reply saying my return had been received and I’d be refunded.
So no boots? Don’t waste your time ordering online with Clark’s.
They just deleted my experience and i see that there are more experiences deleted. I will take a screenshot for the next time!
Stay away from this shop, as many others (more than you think, because there are deleted experiences), i am since weeks waiting for my refund. I ordered two pairs of shoes, send one back, payed the full price. Since then i get a lot of apologies via EMail contact and on the phone. The last thing everybody can do is to take a lawyer.
Don’t expect a refund without exchanging a thousand emails.
Do NOT buy from the online store.
Useless customer service
My parcel didn’t arrive. After five weeks of “standard” messages, they cancelled the order. No offer of a replacement, no explanation, zilch. Won’t be ordering again
