Can not praise Clark’s Yeovil enough! Especially Diane. I made an appointment online to take both my children to have their feet measured. However, we were particularly looking for school shoes (first ones) for my 4 year old son. He likes comfortable shoes like crocs ect most of the time so I knew this was going to be challenging. He instantly fell in love with some shoes that had a little football key chain on. (Not in his size) At this point I thought the appointment would be over. Luckily, Diane interacted with him so well and got him back on track. He ended up with a great pair of shoes he walked out the shop with them on. I couldn’t have been happier!

I required some shoes for a family event, I hate shopping for clothes! Arriving at Clarks, I was greeted by Chloe, the store manager. She was so helpful I forgot my loathing of trying on shoe after shoe. I knew what I was after and she found me the right pair immediately. Chloe was really friendly, engaging and helpful, she made my experience easy and quick and I walked out with a new pair that fitted perfectly and look great. Nice one Chloe, thank you. I like Clarks, they for well, are made well and will look good for years to come.

Chloe in the Yeovil branch was particularly helpful today. I couldn’t see what I wanted and was about to leave the shop when Chloe asked if she could help. She found the shoes online for me and I’ve ordered two pairs to be delivered. Really good customer service.

Diane in the Yeovil store was absolutely lovely with my 3 year old. She was calm, gentle, very thorough and good fun. She gave my little boy time to get a feel for several shoes which helped us to make the right choice. I was really, really pleased with the shoes and service. Could not fault. Thank you!

The products are very high quality and good.Excellent customer service and all staff are very friendly especially Diane, Anton and Sam.

I went today Sunday 20th to get my son shoes I had great advice to get the them with the security that if the shoes won't fit my son I could return back the lady was very welcome and professional

I phoned ahead to check stick at this store. I was assured that they had the product in stock. I lost an hour's pay & drove 40 mins to find they had nothing. Appauling

Staff were courteous and polite. Amazing service.

I visit the Yeovil branch of Clark’s twice a year for new school shoes for my sons and always served by a lovely lady Diane, which I now request to see only now. She is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s always a pleasure to visit twice a year and not a chore especially with small children. Fantastic service in the Yeovil store and it’s well stocked, clean and tidy

Today I shopped for new shoes for my granddaughter Diane was such a great help , very patient polite and friendly made shopping with a 16 month old toddler easy thanks Diane I will definitely return

Despite the shop being extremely busy with parents and children buying school shoes, the shop assistant, Dianne, who served us at Clarks in Yeovil was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the norm. She made the whole experience a pleasure, I would definitely shop there again.

Just purchased shoes & slippers in Yeovil Clarks ,a very pleasant experience assisted by a knowledgeable & very helpful Abi who went up & down stairs several times for different sizes, this is what makes shopping a pleasure, thank you again Abi
