Went into the Worthing store with my daughter on Saturday the 8th. Clare couldn’t have been more helpful. She was more than happy to help me find the right shoes. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She is the reason I will be returning to Clark’s, she made me feel so welcome and she was the perfect sales assistant.

Found the perfect pair of shoes in the Worthing store sale, but in the wrong size. Helpful assistant Steph ordered them for me to the store at no extra cost, and they arrived really quickly, in about three days. The shoes are super-comfy and stylish

After a poor experience in Wrexham. Where a young assistant totally mismeasured my granddaughter. I decided to get my granddaughter checked in Worthing this time. The assistant called Steph was brilliant. Both professional and very helpful. I might add that the older assistants in Wrexham are very good.

Lovely friendly smiley staff. A rare experience in the uk nowdays. Our lovely servers name was Anna.

Clarks is a good quality product, and I am very happy to have a well stocked store in my High Street. I was able to try on a couple of different styles in different sizes before settling on my choice, so I was completely happy with it. So much quicker than waiting for deliveries and returns! Assistant Steph even mentioned wider sizes.

Online order to shop for collection, good delivery time & easy to collect & try on in shop.

Anna made my daughter feel right at home and was friendly and fun 😊

My partner and myself visited your Worthing store last Sunday 31 August 2025.
My partner bought a pair of walking shoes and was served by Steph.
Steph was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and very attentive person.
Clarks always have the best quality shoes.
Clarks shoes are also loved in Spain, my home country.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Steph measured my little ones feet and found a great pair of school shoes ready for the new term.

Yesterday .... 1st Sept... took my 2 grandaughters 8 and 5 to a 10am app at Clarks store in Montague Street worthing.
We were served by a young lady Aoife. She couldn't have been more helpful. She made the whole visit painless and enjoyable for the girls.
Measuring showing them options and even suggesting an alternative to my 8 Yr old who wanted one design but Aoife suggested a more suitable pair for running round the playground.

Welcomed by a kind lady at the door. We didn't have an appointment, which wasn't a problem. Waited a few minutes then was approached by Dylan. Dylan showed great customer service. Measured my son feet, and was very patient with us, while we was indecisive what school shoes to buy. He showed great knowledge of the shoes and was being very patient with us. We didn't feel rushed. Fantastic service and customer service.

Amazing help with my ultra sensitive autistic boy in the Worthing branch. Can't recommend enough. The lady we saw was called Anna, she was perfect for our boy. Quick and calming. ❤️

Steph was a great help to me with a very excited little boy wanting to Dinosaur trainers. I was delighted to watch her measuring Milo’s feet to the perfect shoe size. I live in France now, but when a child in the UK my brother and sisters and I always went to Clarks for the sensible shoes. It’s lovely that Clarks combine fun and comfort.

On a recent visit to the UK, I needed to replace my old air system Clarks sandals. I visited the store and met Clare, Clarks no longer make these sandals. After much investigation by Clare she found the model on the outlet site. These I purchased, and an interim pair in the shop to tied me over untill the others arrived. Well done !
