We went to Clarks Salisbury on the last day of half term. Sinead measured my 2 & 6 year old's feet; she brought out shoes they liked the style of in their sizes and checked the shoe. She put up with the Thomas the Tank Engine theme song brilliantly! I found Sinead helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you 🥰

I recently visited the Clarks store in Salisbury to purchase shoes for myself and was fortunate to be assisted by Katrina P. From the moment we entered, Katrina’s enthusiasm and personable nature stood out. She was incredibly engaging, taking the time to explain the various shoe ranges and their unique selling points with genuine passion.

While I was the one shopping, my wife was equally impressed, particularly with the “Polden Moc” range. Katrina mentioned these were her favorite shoes and the most comfortable she’d ever worn. It’s a testament to her authenticity and product knowledge. It’s a slight disappointment that this range is only available in men’s sizes, as my wife was eager to get a pair for herself.

Katrina’s dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience is truly commendable. Her ability to connect with customers, share insightful information, and maintain a warm demeanor made our shopping experience memorable. She embodies the high standards of customer service that Clarks is known for.

Bought three pairs of shoes today in Salisbury. Helped by Claire and others - nice people to deal with.

Shame they closed our shop in Devizes, especially when the town is expanding.

I took my elderly neighbour to have his feet measured as he thought his feet had shrunk. The young assistant Claire was very good with him. She really was very lovely.
He’s very happy with his new shoes.

Salisbury - Claire - was literally amazing with my little 3 year old boy! He loved her so much he wanted to bring her a doughnut! Shoes are perfect and customer service excellent! Highly recommend

Took both girls to get feet measured at Salisbury store. Served by Sinead who was very helpful and extremely patient. Both needed new school shoes but stock was limited. Sinead found a solution to one daughter’s request and ordered the others online for home delivery which arrived within 2 days. Two happy girls so thank you Sinead.

Clarks are always great for fit and comfort, however Katrina brightened a drab sunday morning and was helpful, patient and entertaining.
