Charlie was so lovely helping my disabled grand mother get some new shoes. She was back and forth helping us try lots of sizes and we ended up taking 3 pairs. 5 star service from her today :)

Charlie and her staff were very helpful, whilst I understand they can’t keep every size in everything they could do with a bit more stock to chose from.

Charlie made our visit with a 4 year old enjoyable. Charlie was proffesional and yet made everyone feel at ease.

Emily was great with our little one, not a long wait and got him his perfect first shoes! Thank you!

We went in to get my daughter’s feet measured.
We didn’t have to wait long at all, Nicola was very friendly and interacted well with my daughter. Although at first she didn’t want her feet measured Nicola distracted my daughter talking about dinosaurs.
Nicola listened to what my daughter said she liked and we were able to purchase some very nice pink boots.

First class service, Frankie listened to my issue which she resolved immediately, she is polite and understanding, If she was in my employment I would value her in a very high status.

Went into store, after booking time online. Arrived early but told we couldn't been seen until time booked. Went in at booked time and still sat to wait for a sales person although other customers came in to store, not booked, told to take a ticket and wait 10 minutes. Sales person incorrectly measured feet, when we'd said what size she is at home. All shoed were far too big. Tried fobbing us off with in soles. All, shoes were flipping off the back of her feet! After another half shoe size down, and not being listened to, we eventually got to the size and width we'd said. Was very tempted to leave store with no shoes. Ridiculous

We have been to numerous shops in a quest for school shoes that fitted and were acceptable to the style my daughter wanted. Things were starting to get quite fraught. We eventually ended up in Clarks, which I had as a last resort, as they tend to cost more.
The positive thing about Clarks is they actually take the width of the child’s foot into account. We were helped by Farhan, who found the style my daughter was looking for in the right size but they were slipping a little at the back, a problem that we had at all the previous shops. He said we needed an insole, he got one and that fixed the problem immediately. I am still not so sure as the shoes are a ballerina style, which my daughter is not used to. But we have a three month guarantee, if the shoes make her feet sore or don’t fit in three months we can change them, which is quite reassuring. They weren’t that expensive either.

I came into your Rushden Lakes store with my twins to get some school shoes. Katie was absolutely brilliant from the moment we arrived and ensured the whole process of buying school shoes was not only enjoyable but completely stress free too. A huge thanks again!

I visited Clark’s in Rushden Lakes today and was helped by a very helpful young lady called Chelsie. I was after some back to school shoes for my daughter. She measured my daughter's feet we choose the pair of shoes my daughter liked which fitted perfectly. I am very pleased.

We had to go back twice as my daughter changed her mind. I don’t know what the first lad was called, but he was great and let my son run around the shop (it wasn’t too busy at this point as it was late in the day) to decide which shoes made him run faster to aid in his choice :) The second lad was called Mark. He introduced himself, engaged with my children and was super quick with helping my daughter choose the best shoe. Very easy, stress free experience.

Visited the Rushden Lakes branch,for back to school shoe shopping, and was served by Markus.
His service was amazing!! Just the right balance of professionalism and service. He put the children at ease and we purchased some lovely shoes.
It was refreshing to see such maturity andd social interaction skills in one so young which is very rare now adays. He is an asset to the store!!!

Josh was so welcoming from the moment we stepped in the shop. Asked what we were looking for and wasted no time on helping my daughter choose a pair of school shoes. Explained about the aftercare polish. Very helpful Josh.

Clarks were fast, friendly and efficient! Laura was knowledgeable and was able to help and suggest next steps when the initial selection didn’t fit properly. We’ve had Clarks shoes every year since my daughter started school and she’s always outgrown them before they’ve needed replacing.
