Went in today to get my daughter’s…

Went in today to get my daughter’s first pair of shoes, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. All the staff were so helpful, patient, and friendly, making such a special milestone feel even more memorable. They took the time to measure her feet properly, helped us choose the perfect fit, and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. Nothing felt rushed, and their kindness really stood out. Thank you for making her first shoe shopping experience such a lovely one — we’ll definitely be back!

I was in Clarks Ross On WYE and I was served by Victoria. She was amazing, very polite and profesionale, very kind and with patience.

I was super impressed about the store and warm welcomed. I feel like I family.
