Went in to just have a browse and was approached by one of the sales assistant, Muhammad. He was very persuasive and suggested some designs. I actually ended up buying a really comfortable pair of shoes. Really helpful lad.

I went in to get my toddler her first shoes. I was served by Muhammad, who was very friendly and helpful. He took his time to measure my daughter’s size and suggested what kind of shoes might be best. He was very friendly and took his time to show me the different styles until we found the perfect pair. Great customer service!

Came into the Putney branch yesterday…
Came into the Putney branch yesterday with my 4 children to purchase school shoes, was served by a lovely young lady Jasmine who measured all 4 children, and brought down a range of shoes down for each child to try on. She was very helpful and polite and also made sure to include the children in the process by asking which shoes they initially liked and brought down some similar ones to the styles they had picked, just by her doing this simply made the whole process stress free and easy.
