Krystle H had excellent customer service when I visited for shoe care. Not only did she serve me with a professional and friendly attitude, I witnessed her serve other customers with the same attention as myself. She was very knowledgeable and advised the correct care needed. I'd recommend asking for her customer service every time!

Fantastic service from Jonti who measured my daughter’s feet, brought different options to try on and treated her like a princess by helping her put them on. He was fantastic at offering options to upsell, what a great service.

We were served by Wioleta at Peterborough store last Saturday.
We had wonderful experience at the store. Wioleta was accommodating to the needs of our autistic daughter and went at her pace. She was knowledgable and informative about different products.

Wioleta served us today in Clarks and was instantly a breath of fresh air. She was so patient with my 11 month old boy, was interested in his name and was a sweetheart.

Excellent service from Kayla at the Peterborough store today! She worked tirelessly to find the right fit and style shoe for my daughter. After nearly a hour, of we found the right pair in store (and another 2 pairs to be delivered) All in all a really positive experience.

Visited the Peterborough store and was served by Lauren who I found most pleasant and efficient. Went out with the shoes I have been looking for for ages.

I went into clarkes Peterborough queensgate and I was helped by Jack, he was really kind. He measured my little girls feet and helped us pick out some trainers, she is only 3 and got upset trying them on and he was really patient, gave us lots of time and even got some colouring out for her to do. Really lovely to have such kindness and patience from the staff.

Violeta was very nice in measuring my toddler’s feet size and helping me choose the best shoes for her. I always find the perfect shoes for my little one at Clarks!

Had to have a resize done on our baby boy, Lauren was great very understanding and patient with us, great service.
