What an absolutely incredible experience at clarks, Ipswich today!
Being a busy summer holiday day, not booked an appointment I thought oh no I am going to be waiting ages.. how wrong! 10 minutes later I was served by a lovely young man called Jake.
He was pleasant to both my 7 & 2 year old sons while getting their feet measured and school shoes fitted.
Chatty, making sure the shoes were comfortable and asking my 7 year old which ones he liked ect.
I then asked for his name so I could let his manager know what a grand job he had done and politeness and good customer service goes a long way.. well she told me “that’s great to hear as he’s new”. Absolutely amazing! Should be more people like him in customer service as kindness goes a long way! :-)

I just wanted to say thank you to Jess today who works in the Ipswich Store. I felt slightly overwhelmed coming into clarks on an errand for the kids, but she was patient with me as i eventually selected the correct shoes i needed to get. She was patient and kind, even though i sent her to the back a few times with the mistaken size. She is a credit to your store.

We always visit the Ipswich store for school shoes. They take the time to make sure the shoes fit and they always last the school year!

Took my son in to store to get measured for school shoes and purchase some. Ryan who measured my sons feet was very friendly, professional and polite, I will definitely visit again

Staff, ease of walking in for size check, store is nice and good location in the main town centre of Ipswich but not so much choice in older boys school shoes

The staff in the Ipswich store were really helpful and informative - thank you. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for school shoes

Staff were thorough and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service at Ipswich. Always keen to go the extra mile. Never a problem with returns. Best Clarks we’ve been to and that’s why we’re so glad we now live nearby. Obviously top quality shoes too for growing feet.

Thank you to Mary at the Ipswich Clarks store. She was very helpful and had a lot of patience with helping to choose new school shoes for my picky son who struggles with the sensory issues over choice and feel of new shoes. Recommend using Ipswich Clarks.

Emily was absolutely wonderful, she was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived in the store.

In the Westgate Street Ipswich store I bought shoes but wasn't sure of my size. Lucy was extremely helpful and very professional, measured my feet, therefore the shoes I eventually bought were a perfect fit.
