Received such amazing customer service from Roxanna today at Harrow branch, I was just browsing around and wasn’t even planning to purchase anything until Roxanna approached me with her lovely smile and talked me through the new styles which recently launched in the market, she even took an extra mile to convince me to buy a same pair of shoes that she told me that she brought for herself, I must admit that she was absolutely thrilled to see me purchasing a pair of a shoes which she recommended me to purchase! All the other staff were so Helpful and friendly. Outstanding customer service, Thank You! A+++++
