Looking for the old style Orinoco boots…
Looking for the old style Orinoco boots which seemed to be discontinued and then I stopped by Clarke's Ealing and Holly was brilliant. She searched online and found them for me. I can't thank her enough . Best shopping experience I have had in such a long time . You were great Holly:-)
Pleasant experience
We went to Clarks in Ealing Centre for some school shoes the week before school started. I was dreading it, as normally the queues are so long, there is a limited availability on shoes, and a horrendous ticket system for service. The store wasn't too busy and we were greeted straight away and offered help. Pavneet was very patient with my fussy 7 year old who tried on several pairs of shoes before settling on the first pair she tried. A very slick operation, well done Clarks
Super staff
Oh guys, what should I say ??!! I popped in to buy trainer and one of the staff .( Hona ) was very helpful , patient and work very conscientiously !!! Wondering how those companies found great stuff like what found .
Highly recommended and good luck Clarks management !
Kam should be The Boss
Kam served well and unlike her boss, knew how to serve and be patient with customers. Good for her. However, her other boss is The King and happily gave us a discount. Smiles all round
Excellent service and useful advice…
Excellent service and useful advice offered by staff member. We only went in for one pair of school shoes, but we purchased two, the service was so good. Kully was the staff member who looked after us.
Ealing Broadway, Kully
Ealing Broadway: Kully was great with our kids today - he patiently measured, observed what we needed (black trainers for school, lace-ups for our bigger kid) and brought out styles which weren’t on display, which was super helpful in making sure everyone left with shoes they liked. Thank you!

Bought a pair of school shoes in the Ealing branch of Clark’s yesterday

I would like to take the time in thanking Kam for her knowledge and professionalism, spent time taking my granddaughter’s foot measurements and gave expert information regarding what footwear would be best, Kam is an absolute credit to your company, thank you

I needed a new pair of sandals but they were out of stock at Clarks in Ealing Broadway.
Kully, the manager, was very helpful and found where they were in stock. Nearest shop was Ilford. I got the Elizabeth Line there, bought the sandals (half price!) and was back in Ealing in less than two hours.
Really helpful service- very pleased.
Kully, Clarks in Ilford and the Lizzie Line - take a bow…
Very disappointing service
The shop assistant was rude. Gave me a dirty look when I asked for the second shoe. Put the shoes down without speaking to me - acted as if I was unreasonable when asking for help. When I said the colour of the items didn't match said they looked the same to her. Only when I stressed the difference did she acknowledge. Really disappointing- made me leave the shop without purchasing. Even when I raised the complaint in store, I received a mumbled explanation. No apology given even though a colleague was there dealing with my complaint.
I have tried to contact you via the link sent - but the contact us form did not let me submit the right options. I tried the chat - but was left holding to speak to someone....after all the questions being repeated. I am unable as your lines are closed after I finish work
