Today we were served by Gill at Crown Point North, Denton. This is the second time we have been served by Gill but for my son today. Gill is fantastic. I am so pleased that she was there. I deliberately look out for her serving. She is so knowledgeable and I feel extremely safe in knowing that my child is getting fitted in the best way possible. She is so warm and friendly and goes above what is expected. She is a great credit to the company and future staff members should take Gills approach into consideration when training. Thanks Gill, your customer service has been a WOW and I hope Head Office recognise your hard work!!! We look forward to seeing you again! 😊😊😊😊

I recently purchased pre walkers from Clark’s Denton. Ummayyan was so polite in helping us measure & choose our babies first shoes.

Came into clarks tonight at around 6/7pm needing children's shoes and a pair of women's shoes very last minute.

The lady serving us was called Harriet and given she had no name tag I am presuming she's fairly new? If so - I hope you keep her!! Such a lovely lady, very sweet and looked after our little 3 Yr old boy. Had a smile on her face and was very patient with him as he ran around the store excitedly!

I myself was looking for some shoes and fair to say was quite indecisive, Harriet was more than happy to keep popping back for other options to help out. Made me feel very comfortable and there was no rush put on us either.

Debra was so helpful searching for shoes for me. I needed a bigger size and she understood what I needed and was so understanding and kind and helpful. I bought 2 pairs today from her at the Clark’s shop in Denton

Experience with buying a pair of shoes online, returning to the store for an exchange because they were tight was hustle free. Loved it!

A fabulous experience as usual. Buying new shoes for autistic son is never easy but Clark’s is our go-to. The shoes last forever (if they didn’t outgrow them) and the staff never fail to impress.

Keely was so good with our little one who is very sensitive about shoes and socks. The fitting was fun and quick and we came away with exactly what we went in for.

Tom served us on the 29th August 2024, Tom was very helpful in helping my 2 daughters pick their school shoes. He made sure the children had a good happy atmosphere while talking to them, he also made sure the shoes that were picked were the best fit for them, he listened when the children told him their comments of the fittings, and he went above and beyond to make sure that they had the perfect stress free shoe shopping experience they have ever had. Not only do I give him 5 stars, if it was up to me, he would have an award. Its not always easy shopping with my children, but he made it so easy. Thank you for a wonderful experience

We got new shoes for our little boy and all seemed ok till he wore them for school they hurt him. Returned to store today and the assistant was lovely and very helpful. My little boy is autistic and she spoke calmly and softly which helped massively as he was aggitated and tired

We had limited time to visit the Denton store to buy some new school shoes and PE shoes for our granddaughter.
Amy looked after us in the store and was very efficient and knowledgeable and after measuring our granddaughter’s feet she helped us to select the correct shoes. Our granddaughter has lots of energy and was continually running around the store and I said to Amy we need to be as quick as we can to buy and get out of the store. Amy understood the urgency and gave us first class service.

Great experience with Debra yesterday. Warm welcome and very helpful. Great products and product was in stock and even got to use my voucher. Overall great visit.

Keeley was super attentive.
We go to Clarks to get kids school shoes because of their quality. They usually last the whole school year.
But Keeley made the experience so much better. She address the kids appropriately according to their age. From my 7 year old daughter to my teenage son. Asked their names and made them feel relevant in the choices they made. She was also very knowledgeable.

Sophie! (A staff member :)) Was so kind, helpful and welcoming!! She brought an amazing atmosphere and made mine and my mums shoe shopping super quick and easy. We had a laugh about the things kids do when they go and get their shoes fitted (and how I used to do them too 😂) all together was a really pleasant and relaxing shop! Thank you Sophie :)

I had excellent customer service from Harriet at the Denton (Manchester) store today when buying school shoes for my daughter. She was skilled and confident and helped make sure we went away with the best fit and style of shoe for a little Year 1.

Carol at the Denton store was amazing, friendly, super helpful and made back to school shoe shopping for two boys a breeze, thank you Carol
