The young shop assistant Lewis was child friendly. Making my granddaughter feel happy and relaxed when trying on a pair of shoes. Letting her take the lead and feel comfortable.

Despite being unable to book an appointment to have our sons feet measured, we were seen immediately by Louee. He was very attentive, even offering to speak to us in Welsh as he'd overheard us speaking to our son in Welsh. Excellent service.

Was asked if I wanted to talk in Welsh as he heard me speak in Welsh. First time in any shop, I've ever been asked this, felt very valued as a welsh speaker.

I had the pleasure of being served by ASH on 1 September in your Cardiff store. He was extremely helpful and gave his full attention to my requirements. The store was rammed with many other customers who required service since it was nearly the start of the new school term.

Posy who served us in the Cardiff store was absolutely fantastic. We had incredible service and she found the perfect school shoes for us. Posy was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and it was the best we have in over 40 years of buying shoes.
