Josh from the bracknell store was so helpful. Got my sons feet measured for the 1st time and he asked questions and recommended shoes that would work best for us.

One of the workers named Sue was exceptionally helpful in finding me shoes for my prom.

Jane was extremely helpful, with lots of product knowledge. Happily brought 2 pairs of shoes for my 2 year old

George who served us listened to us, our son was born very early so we needed to get a shoe that supports.

I used to avoid Bracknell store as I've had a few bad fits in the past. However I went back this weekend & Josh was amazing. He really knew what he was doing with children fitting. Friendly and professional.

We visited Clarks in Bracknell today to get our 14 month old son his first pair of shoes.
On arrival, we received a welcoming greeting from the assistant Josh. Josh approached us and asked how he could help.
We explained we wanted to get our son his first shows and would need his feet measuring.
Josh swiftly acquired the tape and made the measurement.
Josh then picked a variety of shoes commensurate to our sons needs. He observed him walking in each and provided feedback.
From this advice we selected 2 pairs and received a good price for each.
Josh was incredibly attentive, engaging and passionate. He really cared about providing a first class customer service!
