Lovely service

After a long day of shopping with the kids Aiden at the Bluewater shop was fantastic at helping us get the kids feet measured and try to find shoes that met their exacting specifications. He understood all their feedback on how the shoes felt on them and suggest other options. Really special service and the children both came away happy and I had a few ideas for some new shoes of my own!

I came in to get my son a new pair of shoes. Aiden was absolutely lovely and nothing but helpful. Ensured I was happy with my purchase and was happy to help with any issues.

bluewater clarks

I took my son to bluewater clarks, for school shoe shopping and sizing, Charlotte saw to us, and was amazing. Super helpful and even Sourced some shoes that where not on shop floor yet after mentioning my sons previous pair, as they wore so well. Sometimes it takes someone like Charlotte to make the whole experience so much easier. And straight away my son chose the ones she picked out the back. Thank you. X

Amazing service from Nicola - Bluewater

I recently had a fantastic experience at Clarks Bluewater and wanted to share it with everyone! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful salesperson named Nicola.

Nicola took the time to listen to what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into buying anything I wasn't interested in. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the different shoes and styles, and were able to recommend several options that fit my needs perfectly.

Not only was Nicola helpful, but they were also incredibly patient and had a great sense of humour. I tried on several pairs of shoes before finding the perfect fit, and they were happy to assist me throughout the entire process.
