We were helped by Callum today, who was super helpful and polite. He took the time to make sure our first school visit was as seamless as possible, despite being busy, we felt like we had his attention the whole time and came away very happy with our purchase.

Josh and Emma were great, they helped me get a new pair of shoes. Josh was super and was really helpful, patient, explained how in soles and heel protectors worked. Brilliant, thanks!

Emma was so patient and gentle measuring my sons’ feet on a very busy Saturday in a heatwave!
The shoes we chose originally weren’t in stock in their sizes, so she suggested an alternative, which was very helpful for frazzled parents.

Have used Clerks for well over a decade now for both adults and kids shoes and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive for both quality of service and quality and value of shoes.

Finley of the Basingstoke store is outstanding. He was very courteous, efficient and helpful. He is a credit to your organisation and himself.

I was served by Josh in the Basingstoke branch today. Amazing, efficient service. I could also hear him giving the same great service to other customers, as well as providing encouraging advice to another colleague who was changing a display. He clearly enjoys his job, and is an asset to the company.

A great experience, great customer service which is rare these days. Josh couldn't have been more friendly and helpful for the entire time I was shopping. Unfortunately I didn't end up finding what I was looking for, but still left purchasing a new pair of sandals for my daughter

I was greeted in the Basingstoke branch by Josh, whose customer service was outstanding. He was exceptionally welcoming, and the tone of the interaction was very friendly. He helped me with shoe sizes, measured my feet and I left the shop with a cute new pair of shoes that are perfect for work. I would definitely recommend going here if you need new footwear

I was pleased to find some black wide 11-12 shoes in the sale and, as I was unsure of my sizing ordered both sizes online. The order arrived on day 3 (including a weekend) which was extremely quick. The size 12 pair fitted well, so I needed to return the size 11 for a refund. I took them to the Basingstoke shop where they processed the return in a friendly and professional way, and the refund appeared on my card 2 days later. A good deal all round!

Josh at Basingstoke was very friendly and helpful when choosing a pair of trainers. Got a pair of shoes for my daughter from Megan earlier in the day too who was also great. Would buy from here again.

Shoes delivered quickly. Fit was consistent with the previous pair of Clark’s I bought. Shoes were comfortable and do not appear to need breaking-in.

Emma, was so lovely and helpful. Great member of the team. Even though my cheeky two year old was running around but Emma made it so much easier to get him shoes. Showing him all the shoes she had and let him pick which ones to try on.

Customer service from Beth. I told Beth I may not make a purchase yet she still gave lovely service with back to school shoe fittings. I have often received greet customer service from a male supervisor I can't remember his name but he always remembered me and my children and would often greet us with a smile. He has very short blondy brown hair and in his late 20's early 30's unfortunately he was not there that day I hope to receive customer service from one of these members of staff in the future

Outstanding service from Amelie. My son finds shoe shopping a sensory overload and absolute nightmare. We’d already had 1 fitting a few days prior but booked another to find the correct shoes. Amelie was so patient, she was able to connect with my son in a fun child friendly way that got him on board with the fitting rather than fighting it. She sourced him H width fitting shoes in store (no one had before this) and gave us advice about supports if his foot slipped. She was exactly what we needed. Clarks should observe her techniques to train other staff and give her a deserved pay rise!

I cannot fault their service, Craig in the basingstoke store went out of his way to help us multiple times this summer when getting back to school shoes.
