Brilliant service in a busy store!
Everyone handled the busy time well in store, very organised process for the rush of return to school shoes.
Brooke helped us try on different options, and ensured both my boys were happy with the design, and that the shoes fitted properly. Thank you Brooke for your patience and kind manner!

Although it was busy and I didn’t have an appointment we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Poppy was polite and helpful and made sure that we got the right size shoes for school.

We visit the Basildon branch on the Mayflower Retail Park every year for school shoes. Today we were served by a lovely young man named Gerald. What an absolute credit he is to you - professional, polite, well spoken and well mannered and engaging. He could not do enough to help and that is a rare thing to find these days. Thank you Gerald, you are a shining example of what customer service should be!

We were helped today by Gerald. He assisted my son with choosing school shoes and was very friendly and professional. He is an asset to the shop.

Jacob was incredible and so patient when I bought my 15 month old in for shoes.
He let him settle down before measuring and did not get upset when he decided to run around the store. He is such an asset to Clark’s. He understood that young kids cannot grasp entirely what’s happening and he made sure I felt at ease and not embarrassed. We go so many places and get shot dirty looks but not here. and will definitely be returning and fingers crossed we get Jacob again!

Outstanding customer service from a lovely lady called Keighley today.
She measured my daughter’s feet today and was extremely knowledgable, friendly and made us feel at ease.
Keighley is an absolute credit to Clarks at Basildon.

Debbie helped us and got the two children measured quickly and fitted .. never easy with a 5 year old and 18month old .. Debbie knew about what stock she had and the best sizes and choice for both children .. we always use Clark’s for the children’s shoes.. the shop is always well stocked , clean and staff welcoming and helpful

David was fantastic in the Basildon Clarks. Really went the extra mile to ensure our child’s shoes fitted perfectly.

We was helped by Drew today who measured my sons feet. It was made known to us he was in training and was happy for him to assist us. He was very polite and caring towards my son’s needs. We came away with a great pair of comfortable shoes and very happy with the overall experience.
