staff are professional; polite and efficient

We can only give full praise for the company. They have been brilliant from start to finish. No problem has been too great not to be solved, their prompt action avoids any worries, and the entire team has been a pleasure to work with.

Nothing too much trouble!

Moving out and moving in were trouble free. The team worked methodically, checking with us at each stage. Everything was completed quickly and smoothly and we never felt rushed or pressured to complete the process.
Team members were prompt, polite and respectful of our possessions.

I used Clark & Rose removals & storage for my move from Bristol to Aberdeen. From the very outset the staff were friendly & professional. They were very knowledgeable and priced competitively. My furniture and belongings were going into storage for 6 months before I could then move into my new house in Aberdeen.

The staff involved in both removals were fantastic, very friendly, considerate to the property and worked hard.
When the time came to get my property moved into my new house again the staff were excellent and had the van emptied in a very quick time.

From the beginning my contact with Veronica at the Aberdeen office was professional and friendly. Whenever I had a query or a problem she would help straight away and always found a solution.

I would highly recommend this company for any removals and also storage.

Really nice guys - never complained about the mountain of stuff we had amassed nor how we'd packed it. A really easy move from the start to finish including admin staff. 😊

We've used Clark and Rose for a number of house moves over the last 25 years or so, and have always been impressed with their levels of care and efficiency. This time unfortunately, the lorry provided following assessment of our move, was not quite big enough, so we are anticipating a two to three week delay in delivery of some items. Whilst this isn't ideal, we are grateful for the care taken with our main shipment, and for the empathetic approach to me having to manage packing day on my own, as my husband was already at our new home with our dogs, etc. Only one very minor incident of damage occurred, which, given we were moving from a 6-bedroom house, wasn't bad at all.

Great service , very professional and hardworking crew , took great care with all our possessions and made the move as stress free as possible .
I would recommend them to anyone else moving .

Relocating from Australia to London the team at Clark & Rose (Removals) handled the UK leg. The entire process from initial introductions, coordinating customs clearance, to the timely delivery of our shipment that was flexible to our convenience was handled expertly. The staff are friendly, super helpful and very responsive - we could not have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Clark and Rose were chosen to help us move from Hamilton, Canada to London, UK. They booked the Canadian side of packing with Armstrong moving. Lynn was our main point of contact and she was excellent in her communications; both in a friendly capacity as well as timely. The team of 3 that offloaded our contents were all equally brilliant, professional and courteous. I can't remember everyone's names, but Morris was one of them (we got talking about science as we waited for the lift, so that name stuck), but the entire team were careful with our belongings: they stacked heavy items first, with the lighter ones to the top. They did not throw anything from one to the other and were very careful handling our contents, which we sincerely appreciated.

Fantastic team from start to finish. Cheerful, efficient, polite, nothing was too much trouble. We had a very long wait to access our new property which meant the guys had to offload essentials and then return the following day - again, all this done with the utmost efficiency.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Clark and Rose again, they may not be cheap but they are worth the money and their efficiency means the customer has one less thing to worry about.

This is the most disgraceful removal company one could ever have the misfortune of using. I have so many precious antique items which have been in my family for generations which were destroyed by this useless company. They also managed to destroy a 2 year old Miele Washing machine. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!
