Great help thing I needed done
I had an issue with the card on file…
I had an issue with the card on file and getting charged a fee. I explained to her what happened and wasn't sure why it did what it did. She looked at everything and explained and it wasnt supposed to come off of my other card but it did and she gave me back the insufficient fund fee which I greatly appreciated. I was frustrated when I first called but she listened and fixed it so I am very thankful. Usually you get the run around and they dont actually help. Also the fact that I got to talk to a real person is the best customer service. I have spoken with yall twice now and both times I have been pleased with the customer service. Thank you. Kindness and listening go a long way.

If I could give them a 0 I would, they took 2 payments out by mistake but for some reason they can't just give you your money back that they took unauthorized. This has a been a nightmare and please don't use these ppl unless you like money taken from you don't do auto pay with them
