So far so good!
The experience of signing up, downloading, finding security issues, resolving them, installing a browser extension, and using chat have all been amazingly clear and user-friendly. The way they have organized the information and presented options is crystal clear. Extremely visually pleasing app. Totally impressed so far.

Amazing
I was having some trouble and I thought that there might be some spyware in my phone, and i got assisted by Jake, I never knew that it would be this easy to speak to a professional. Jake also responds really quick and has answers to every question or misunderstandings I have. I would definitely recommend this app, as the agents respond so quickly and give really reliable information.

You wouldn't Believe...
I just spent time with Jake. There are literally no words to express how grateful I am for his knowledge, professionalism, and quiet reassurance while we worked through my computer issues. He accomplished this through text messaging. Does anyone realize what a feat that is? He told me what he was looking for and why gave me options and made sure I was comfortable with whatever we were about to undertake before making another move. Honestly, I didn't investigate what this service cost beforehand, and quite frankly it doesn't matter. I'm purchasing this service regardless of cost and the company should thank jake for that. Thank you again Jake.
