I've used ClamXAV for years, and it's great. Keeps the bad stuff out and does it all without me having to do anything except agree to the updates and run scans. Highly recommend.

Never had an issue with this company. They have always been helpful, fair in their dealings and moderately priced. If all businesses adopted the same ethos, Trustpilot would be unnecessary.

ClamXAV is the best antivirus for Mac OS X by far! I have used most available and always disliked something about each one. ClamXAV is resource friendly and does the job better than all others without bloat and eye candy no one really needs.

I have used ClamXAV since the first version and would not use anything else! Also detects/scans for Windows files not just MAC.

ClamXAV is the best mac Endpoint security solution I have ever used, It wont slow down your systems like others do. I have been using ClamXAV for around 8 years and the xenia console from the beginning.
It is a welcome addition to my toolbox for managing nearly 700 macs across sites. Its intuitive and reliable and makes administration and reporting for CE compliance a doddle.
As always the Support is outstanding, friendly and efficient. Its also a bargain.

The Law of No Surprises

Almost two weeks ahead of the annual billing cycle I get a preemptive email explaining exactly what is going to happen and why and asking if I want to make any changes plus giving me the link to do so.

That, of course, should be the norm (mandatory?) for every business however we all know that sadly it is not.

Lots of other companies should take note that this is exactly how you build real trust with your customers.

I am a long-time user who keeps coming back. It's reputation is stellar and the software is top rated.

This product is fantastic - it performs exactly as advertised, and I've been using it for years. I wish all my software products were as dependable!

ClamXAV is an excellent virus scanner. I have been using it for years and trust it. The customer service should be an example to all - they are fast, helpful and friendly.

I recently had to submit a request for support. I had installed ClamXAV on my MacBook, but it was returned for reps and I was sent a new on without warning. (I was a bit concerned that all my apps were there, or if it had not been wiped.)

Not only did the respond quickly, they removed the license from the old MacBook. Janelle (the great contact rep) also mentioned it was linked to a ghost MacBook, indicating it had been wiped by the other company.

I have been using ClamXAV for at least 10 years or so. I have always appreciated it. I opted to continue using it, especially now, and even if not in the Apple apps store.

I sent a request to customer service for assistance and GET THIS - I received it the NEXT DAY??? Seriously, my issues was resolved overnight? They didn't talk down to me, or make me feel like a computer idiot (which i am) they were kind and offered me a reasonable option and executed the plan. I am still in shock! ClamX is a reliable product and their customer service really IS customer friendly. Knock on wood - i have NEVER contracted a computer virus since i started using ClamX. I LOVE the Clam!

Felt very confident with ClamXav in place, esp. given the constant barrage of scams coming thru. also, the org. was very responsive - whether it be questions on the product, billing, recovery, etc: prompt and cordial responses always. Very nice!

ClamXAV is one of the best AV clients I have used on Mac in fact its the only one which is not resource heavy and just works, its detection rate is excellent and no issues with using the interface or service, I like the fact they use a subscription model as this just auto renews each year and cost next to nothing, thank you to all the support and looking forward to seeing the next version

ClamXAV is an excellent straightforward malware app. I recently downloaded the latest version and was instantly impressed by its simplicity and speed also its clarity. It immediately removed 8 infected items from my HD. Its footprint is really great and uncomplicated. I had used the free version some time before and that was good but this version is zippy and a pleasure to use.
