We exchanged a number of e-mails and provided valid tracking numbers, so it is surprising to read we never replied. One parcel delivered and signed by the buyer second returned to sender.
Stay away from this company, the service is rubbish!
The service is AWFUL. I purchased an order that I still haven't received and it's been over a week, yet on their website, they say that they ship most orders the next day after purchase. I have sent multiple emails that they don't reply to. No updates on when my order will arrive or why it's taking so long. I've been patient and now have decided to ask for a refund by email again. They don't have a telephone number that you can call so it makes the whole process of getting through to them very long. I'm hoping that I will receive my refund but if not I will be reporting the company to trading standards. I'm shocked by some of the good reviews on here because my experience has been BAD. Please don't buy from this company!

The customer is very impatient. We have replied to customer straight after we received message -Friday 17th "Hi Ellie We have received massage from Barclays that you transaction has failed, therefore you we have sent you this message.I will check it for you and let you know shortly". The customer demanded answers on Saturdy and again Sunday, but unfortunately our office is closed on weekends. The customer has already been refunded.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID
Ordered products with them, they delivered the wrong product. The product they sent me was 1/3 of the price of the product I actually ordered! When I contacted them regarding this they wouldn’t send me the item I actually ordered until they received the incorrect product back, that they sent me?! Essentially holding it ransom and my money! Awful customer service.

Bad customer service!!! AVOID!
They might have good products with the reasonable prices but the customer service is almost non existent. They advise you the order was shipped and then you are left wondering when - if ever - you are going to receive the product you have paid for! No tracking number for the order shipped, no information when you are going to receive the package ("soon" is not good enough!!!) and most of all they ignore your emails! Sure they get the money so they don't care afterwards! Please avoid!!! I will never buy from them again and surely will not recommend to anyone to even consider ordering from them! So many other companies you could buy from and get excellent customer service along with prompt delivery. AVOID AVOID AVOID Clamanti Cosmetics!!!

Today I used the perm lotion which you very kindly delivered promptly thank you. Until I see how my hair is in a few weeks time I cannot tell you how I can rate your product so far you service has been very good. I have very difficult fine hair which takes a perm but often only lasts a few weeks so I need sometime to be able to tell you how it has worked out.

I ordered a 50g builder gel for £9.49 but I only got a 15g. When I told them, they told me I have 2 option. I can send it back of course I have to pay for the postage. Or I can keep it and they give me 50% discount for that product. I chose to keep it. But in the end they sent me back the 50% of the £9.49, which means that 15g gel cost me £4.745. The funny thing is if I would buy that 15g from them it ONLY cost £4.5. So I paid more for it than the original price. Maybe it is a discount to them, but not for me!

I have been sent the wrong product
I have been sent the wrong product. After that the lady that answered my e-mail said that I can return or keep the product for half price and order another one. I did not to pay the shipping to send the product back. It was on a Thursday and the next day I had three customers comeingbto have their nails done. Becouse of tgis I have lost £90.
