I have bought a number of pieces from Claire Hill Designs both for myself and as gifts and honestly everything received has been perfect and also I really love the personal care and attention Claire shows her customers down to little details like the lovely packaging. I have now trained my husband to make Claire Hill his first port of call if he’s at a loss for gifts as there is literally nothing on her website I would not absolutely love!

Amazing experience
Amazing experience from start to finish. Claire went above and beyond helping me work out which fingers would work best for the ring I wanted. Then helped me again when I got the sizing wrong. I can't wait to add to my collection.

Unprofessional customer service
Made a mistake in ordering, it was one earring rather than a pair, whilst acknowledging my mistake after it was pointed out, I (think) politely suggested it was maybe a little misleading.
Received a rude and curt reply, have been a customer for quite a number of years, wouldn’t recommend on basis of when things may go a little wrong don’t expect professional customer service.

As a small business I bend over backwards to fix customer's mistakes or issues that they have at a cost to myself. On this order I was accused of misleading the customer, which is not a minor comment to make to a business.
I sent back evidence to prove I hadn't misled them including the
Product descriptions,
The add to cart description,
The checkout description,
The order receipt where they were asked to double-check everything in case of mistakes
And the dispatch receipt
Which all stated they have purchased and paid for a single earring.
Unfortunately, the customer who last bought in 2021, has not reacted well to me sending over information to prove I was not misleading and has left this review calling me "curt and rude".

Wow wow wow. Kept seeing these on FB and checked reviews before I bought anything. The jewellery is amazing. I bought a pair of turquoise and gold huggies and a single huggie. Packaged beautifully and delivered uber fast. Gorgeous note from Claire.

Bought twice from here, firstly a neon ring and matching huggie earrings and then some pearl Huggies, for the price quality is amazing. Have no qualms in recommending and will be looking to buy again.

Recently purchased 3 enamel stack rings…
Recently purchased 3 enamel stack rings from Claire and I totally love them, received them nice and quickly, very well packaged and such great quality. It’s hard to go on just pictures sometimes but they are truly stunning when you receive them. …I also had to change sizes due to my own error and Claire was quick to reply personally and change over sizes and get it all sorted etc.
it’s 5 stars from me, will definitely shop again.
