FAKE GOODS | SCAM WEBSITE

Received my order, WHAT A SCAM.
Claim to be stainless steel, but it is nothing more that silver plated garbage.

Doesn't come in the boxes advertised, instead it is stuffed in plastic bags.. cheap nasty jewelry that you would buy in a $2 shop.

Company refused a refund, but instead asked me to send items back to HK, when they claim to be an Australian Company. The cost of shipping it back would be more than the goods. Then they offered me a Discount for my next order.. HAHAH, wont be buying every again.

Save your money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

took over a month for the order to arrive and when it did my wife was so disappointed. I can only describe the jewellery as cheap trinkets that your kids win at the fair and then throw away. They did not resemble the items on the website at all!

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. Nothing like it was advertised. Order wasn’t complete and I have contacted a few times and no response.
You could buy better at a market.
Jewellery for kids dress up boxes at an expensive price.
Stay away from ordering and get it out there that it is not a legit site. Absolute scam.

Poor quality jewellery

I bought a significant amount of jewellery from Claire & Arlo, as I thought they looked good quality and were good value.
You can imagine my disappointment when it arrived, only to discover the jewellery was lightweight and poor quality.
It was also packaged in China, so not the artisan store which was advertised.
The website is misrepresenting their products, which are cheap and nasty and instead of giving them to my loved ones as gifts, they are only fit for the bin!

Not uk based and no free returns.

Said they were uk based and free returns only got 3 of 4 products. Jewellery looks like something you may buy at a market. Virtually no customer service. Don't know how they get around UK laws for returns. Can honestly say I will never ever purchase from them again. After spending just over £70

It's all fake

The sponsored Facebook advertising is a lie. It is not an Australian company and its not shutting down and nor is the 80% off sale. They aren't worth the so called sale price and they have been closing next Wednesday for at least the past 4 weeks.

I got suckered to buy and the earrings are cheap poorly made and not gold or sterling silver. I could buy better quality off of the most popular cheap site on the internet.

Communication is horrid, tracking is non existent. Save your money, you could make your own cheaper.

Do not order!

Do not order!! Cheap, rubbish customer service. They say I can return but won’t give me a return address and I will have to pay for return even though it states FREE RETURNS! Countless emails sent, no reply!! Think I am gonna have to admit defeat and lost £50!!

I was so disappointed with the jewellery I ordered. The items looked so upmarket and great on the pictures and when I actually received these, they looked cheap and tacky. I would not recommend buying from them

Do NOT order from this company

Do NOT order from this company. Definitely not based in UK. I placed an order on 15 December..still waiting. Ignoring my emails for delivery update. Probably a SCAM. Lesson learned unfortunately.
