I worked with Jenny and Abby to create my stunning engagement ring and they made the process so easy. I was skeptical with working with an online retailer but truly, this company is the real deal and the customer service is incredible. Jenny accommodated my multiple alterations to the design and I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and how thorough they were with any questions I had. And when I say quick, they responded to my emails as if we were texting, which made it so easy to make alterations. They really made me feel at ease with the whole process. I cannot rave about this company enough. They are truly in this industry to give people their dream rings at a reasonable cost, much cheaper than anything you can get in stores, and they are fully transparent with their process. They even offered a complimentary gift in exchange for being tagged on Instagram, which I have never heard of any other company doing, considering I am not an influencer. I will be spreading word of their exceptional business to anyone in the market for a custom engagement ring because they are the best!

As for value, Clairmor’s quote was significantly lower than many other lab jewelers in San Francisco and the overall experience was warmer and more welcoming.

I love how prompt they are.. this is my second time buying with them and their customer service as expected is first class. Abby was on top of everything from communication to feedback. And I loved the end product that they sent me.

I loved how easy it was to look at the diamonds and rings with the websites ability to allow you to either look at each individually or look at them as you scroll through the results. I loved how you could literally set up the ring by choosing the diamond and band and have an idea of what it will look like. The process was quick and simple and they got to work immediately. I had my ring in about 2 weeks with a next day shipping once the ring was crafted. 10/10 experience. Hopefully don’t need to buy another engagement ring in the future but if I did, I’m getting it from you guys again lol

I could not recommend Clairamor enough! Cameron was able to create our custom dream ring for far less than what local jewelers were quoting us, all while making the entire process fun and exciting! He even gave is a 3D model of our ring before purchasing, making as many changes as we needed to for our perfect ring. The ring was then shipped overnight to ensure it would be in our hands the quickest and safest way. Throughout the process, the entire team at Clairamor was incredible! I would highly recommend this brand for your dream engagement ring!!!!

Jenny quickly worked to understand what we wanted and got us a model within just 1-2 days! When we had small changes we wanted she was always available and knew exactly what we needed. Once I was ready to purchase the ring, I was worried about online scams, but the Clairamor team made me feel secure/safe the whole way. The ring arrived in around a week and was even better than what we hoped for! They provide documentation of the diamond as well as an appraisal, so you can feel confident in your purchase. Honestly 100/10 company. Jenny was an amazing support throughout the whole process and showed nothing short of understanding and patience. I started my engagement ring design back in February for a September Proposal because I did not know how long it would take, and after months of discussion, we ended on a ring that absolutely annihilated my expectations and blew me away. Such good customer service and above all perfect quality rings!

I was a little hesitant initially about buying a ring online. I had a question about adding a feature to one of the ring styles they already had and instead of charging me a custom fee, they just waived it. Communication was great in the design process and updates on shipping and timing of completion. The ring looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier.

Looks exactly how I envisioned and so much more beautiful!
