I have been waiting for my claim to be…

I have been waiting for my claim to be sorted out it has been a year and a half and now I am at settlement stage and now they have moved my case to another firm, no communication at all, tried calling but no response do not use waste off time!!!!

Horrible experience with these people

Horrible experience with these people. I made a claim through them for a car accident and it took them over 3 years to get to anything and then they told me that if it goes to court, they can't represent me (so I'd have to find and pay for my own barrister) and that I have very small chances of winning (in this case I would then have to pay the other party's fees and anything else). So I backed up as I didn't want to end up paying thousands of pounds and now they hit me with a bill over £1k for their 'expenses' even though they did the bare minimum. I always had to chase them for any updates and they would take months to take any type of action.
DO NOT USE THEM

Apathy appeared rife.

Seemingly high turnover of associates/solicitors. My case was passed through a number of different handlers. Very little continuity of my case because of this.
Also, when the position of an out of court settlement arose, they didn't fight for a figure for me. When given a range to settle with, they appeared to only offer the lowest figure, seeming to not want me to get as much as possible (which affected their end percentage payment). They showed little enthusiasm to help my case, rather they just wanted to get it closed.

My uncle is going though these at the moment very poor service and 80% of these reviews that are 5 stars are written by themselves very sad to see such a big company do this when people are putting trust in them but after all they just want people money. DO NOT USE
For my understanding I thought it was 14days cancellation Time but when we called they said 7 days they haven’t even done nothing but if we cancel they will charge us for what they have done but all they have done is trying to see if 3rd party is to blame

I have given my case to CTS since 2013

I have given my case to CTS since 2013. I have called a few times for an update on the case only to be fobbed off someone will call me back. They never call back and leave you on hold for a long time. The switch board has some serious attitude staff!! Fed up and still no result

Do not trust - horrible company

Claimed for a car accident - didn’t get anything until 3 years later!! Practically was pointless making a claim as needed to buy a new car but had to take out a loan instead as didn’t get any claim money as promised in time. Whenever we asked for a update the claim was ‘in process’ and when they finally took action, it became even more complicated to get any money and they still took 15% leaving us with practically little. The car which was written off was worth more than the claim money!

Although my case ended up succeding…

Although my case ended up succeding more or less, I felt my claim it was ignored most of the time and I have got much less than half of what I was expecting.
The person/trainee solicitor that handled my case, contacted me asking for things 1 or 2 days before times limit finished. That it is everything, but not professional, because the case it was for sure forgotten until the alarm sounded. Also letters were always with the wrong date, that shows that professional´s level. If someone can not write a letter with the right date, how can we trust her to go ahead and forth in the case.
