Excellent work from the guys there!
Excellent work from the guys there. The procedure was quite simple to send the documents and describe the problem with the flights. Once I sent all the documents, the time till the compensation was accepted was not so long, probably a week. Then in the next 10 days more or less the money was in my bank. I thank them for their honest and good work.
