Terrible customer service
I tried to make a claim on their website for a 12 hour delay with Turkish Airlines but the delayed flight was showing on their website at a totally incorrect original take off time, so I could not register my claim.
In the past week I have called this company four times to point out the error and ask how to make a claim and had to give all the relevant information four times over (as you are not given any kind of reference number when you call), and each time I have been assured that someone would call me back and sort out the problem at their end out so I could register my claim in the usual way or else over the phone.
They haven't called or emailed me back once in over a week, so the service provided has been absolutely hopeless. There's no point me making further calls to them as the same thing will just keep on happening.
I am really annoyed at having wasted so much time. I chose to use this company as it had good reviews but my experience with them has been terrible so I could not possibly recommend them.
MY REPLY TO THE RESPONSE FROM CLAIM FLIGHTS.
The reply I have received is just nonsense and doesn't even make sense and is not remotely 'helpful' (and don't get me started on the fact that in their reply they couldn't even spell the word planes properly - instead spelling it 'plains').
I know the correct original flight time and have it on all my documentation from the airline including my boarding card stub which I still have, so to suggest I made a mistake in the flight time or this flight didn't exist is just absurd. And no it was not accidentally missing on their list of flights - it was definitely there but with the WRONG departure time.
Why did they even bother to reply if they just spouted rubbish? All they had to do was acknowledge there was an error in the departure time on their web site (as had already been done by the people who took my phone calls after they looked at their own web site) and say they had put it right now and I could go online and now make the claim in the normal way - or else they could have asked me to contact them again by phone and assured me they would deal straight away with my claim.
So basically they have provided terrible service and then doubled down and provided an even worse service with their nonsensical and inaccurate reply, yet they say in their reply that they 'take full responsibility' - how and in what way?
Why would anybody have confidence in a company that not only cannot admit to and deal with a simple mistake on their systems, but who then don't do anything to correct the mistake and facilitate a legitimate claim, but instead suggest I am some kind of idiot who misread the list of flights on their web site. Then they hope their reply 'clarifies' things and is 'helpful' - well duh, no it isn't SO I CHALLENGE THEM TO TRY AGAIN TO SORT OUT THEIR OWN MISTAKE.
Oh and for the record, I have just checked three other flight delay claim companies and they ALL have the correct departure time for my delayed flight showing on their web sites.

I am sorry to say that I am not satisfied with the service of this company. I still have to received the flight compensation even though I got an e-mail on the 8th of Oct. stating that the tranafer is on its way and it takes 10-15 working days to receive it. The communication is really bad. I e-mailed and I got no respose. I also called on Friday last week and they promised to call back but so far nobody did. The thing is that me and my husband were on the same flight and he has already received his full compensation whereas I haven't and on top of that I pay commission. I don't mind paying as long as it is for the right service.

I have contacted them to help me get a compensation for a delayed flight. I also made a complaint directly from the official website of the air company and managed to get a full refund.
Told ClaimFlight that I have resolved the matter privately with the company and they requested money because they thought they had initiated the claim without giving me any proof.
via email they threatened legal action against me, a private citizen, I highly recommend to stay away from this company.
