I am working with C&K for more three years. I really want to thank the whole team. Also, CounterPoint is the best POS software I can tell after long comparisons with other software. The team is great. Todd the senior sales representative he is a very good person, very friendly and patient even with my too many questions and works out prices to make sure I am comfortable. Always respond quickly and treat my requests in priority. Jeana Thomas and Jennifer Lavallee are very smart, problem-solving, and very good trainers. They helped me a lot with finding solutions to my issues and customized reports. Their professional way of training helped to understand Counterpoint better and work with it smoothly.

The product support people are very knowledgeable and get the problems resolved promptly. If the problem requires a higher level of attention, that is done quickly and the problem is resolved. I have worked with many of the tech support people and they are great people as well as very skilled. I would not hesitate to recommend C&K Systems as a CounterPoint provider.

I LOVE C&K! There are so many people there that have helped to make our business successful. I never hesitate to call you for support because I know any question I ask.... you have the answer. And if you don't, you find someone that does know the answer. The response time is immediate. We have been working with C&K since 2011 and never looked back! Thank you for all your help and never making me feel stupid with my constant barrage of questions!

Support & Questions: Every time I have needed assistance with a question or to get back up and running from a down system they are VERY prompt within minutes with an emergency call back tech person. They also have a wonderful Tip of the Week that is a nice refresher teaching moment(s) or learning something new tidbit(s) that have shown me items I never knew Counterpoint did ( and I have had the system for approx 10 years). Wonderful to learn something new and helpful.

I run a (very) small retail business, and the support staff, sales team and training folks are always there when I need them. It's a load off my mind to NOT have to worry about my POS and peripherals!
