I am so disappointed

This review actually doesn't deserve 1 star. I have had the most awful experience with leaks and mould in my living room for over 1 year. In my assessment the company is not taking serious steps to ensure this issue is resolved despite numerous calls and emails from me. Also discovered mould in a corner of my bedroom last week which I reported immediately. Despite the fact that I mentioned my suspicion this could be the cause of a recent resurgence of my respiratory issues, nothing is being done. I have never felt so frustrated! Unfortunately It is not easy for me to walk away from this as I am part owner of the property.
