I ordered their "so called" Imperial College technology cooling fan as they offered 50% discount and a "15 day free trial with hassle-free returns". A small cardboard box arrived 10 days later and inside was a cheap quality plastic fan which looked more like a child's lego toy! Their advertising is extremely misleading and I tried contacting them to arrange a refund and return as they had advertised but have still not received ANY reply to my emails. Seems like a SCAM to me!

This fan was like a kids toy, opening a window is more effective , I can fart faster air than this fan blows

That company's a total rip-off! I ordered three fans online for £99, but they sent me totally different, cheap ones. I asked for a refund, they said okay, then they blocked me and vanished. My money's gone, and they won't answer. Stay away! Avoid

AVOID : scam company, i bought 3 fans and they are very cheap ones, not as described, very poor and cheap plastic, they promise me a refund then they delete all the emails, I have no idea how they access my email, but I have a copy of everything, I am still waiting for my refund. AVOID.

Absolutely appalling company, the product that was sent to me was totally different, a lot inferior. They are refusing a full refund, only part, or an item from their rubbish 'Mall'.

Do not buy their products, completely fake and unusable. I bought a fan they advertised on TV as made by imperial college university London, it's cheap plastic product! Avoid them like a plague.
