I would recommend Callum to anyone with injury issues, checking whether they need rehab or, as was mainly my case, wanting to widen my ability to maintain and increase body strength ( and mobility ). In four sessions, Callum expertly took me through several exercises geared to specific areas I'd asked him to help me with, mainly using resistance bands and Kettlebells ( I'm not keen on traditional weights, but he managed to shift my position on them ). I've been using Kettlebells and the bands he recommended to good effect ever since and enjoy the flexibility they offer around the house, and the variations they allow. Callum is a great trainer and physio, who is able to get the most out of people and does so with a good sense of humour.
