Brett and his team were truly fantastic. They were recommended to us by Kevin Richter of Richter Real Estate Group, and they did not disappoint. They came in after another 2 lenders had taken all our info and failed to issue preapproval letters because covid has made self employment income really hard to work with, even when that income has been consistent for years. Brett issued us a conditional preapproval letter to make a same day offer on a property. When that offer was accepted, he and Courtney Koncar worked diligently to get that loan approved. There were a LOT of hoops to jump through, and they shared our "no problems, only solutions!" mentality, which is a rare and valuable asset in this business. We couldn't be happier with the services they provided, and will recommend them heartily to anyone buying in a state they're licensed in.

Citywide was great to work with and really took care of us and our needs. I can not say enough how happy we were that we used them for our home loan. Jamie is the absolute best and was on top of everything for us. She secured a great rate for our loan and answered every question we had with a smile.
