I was quoted a rate with city wide, and two weeks later, they informed me they had not locked in that rate they quoted me. The quote was done over the phone. I stepped away from another lender because Ben Lemon quoted me a better rate. It was very frustrating to have been quoted a rate, and hear back two weeks later the rates had gone up, and they did not lock it in when they quoted me it.

They made the process of refinancing our home so smooth and easy. Our loan officer, Jordan Hodges, was so great. He was easy to work with, upfront and honest. Our loan went through with no problems and everything was just as he said it would be. Thanks Citywide!!!!
