I found the administration officer covering the reception at the Houghton Regis depot to be efficient and courteous. She explained everything clearly and was very pleasant to deal with.

Came here because the storage unit i had been renting from another company increased their fees by 63%, that's correct 63%. Staff more than willing to go the extra mile, accessible whenever though charges for out of hours access. Only had the unit for just under two weeks but current events lend towards cautious optimism for a good long term relationship.

A very efficient operation from start to finish. Neville explained everything to me very well and it’s been a real pleasure to do business.

Guys are super helpful, been using them for years for both business and personal storage. Very handy for services like DHL, guys there always bend over backwards to get stuff done! Highly recommended!

The owner of the place is super rude and unhelpful. I have used their service before on three occasion and each time the staff helped me print out documents that I needed to ship with the DHL service they offer and advertise (note that they charged me for this I am not asking for free printing). This time, however, the manager refused to print out anything (including a simple label) without any explanation. On top of this he was super rude about it and made some smirky comments.

Edit: I have specifically told them that the document is related to a shipment I want to do with DHL. So the companies response that they only print out documents related to shipment makes no sense!
