Clean, warm and easy to use
There was a nice offer that made the first month very cheap.
The storage unit was clean and warm. It's a bit tricky to get a big trailer in there, so bring a spotter.
The App, code and key system works well.
They have good customer service on the phone.
I thought I would have access with a vehicle to my unit, but you need to go in through a common port, this can bottleneck at busy times.
I would definitely use this again.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I was looking for storage and tried to get one. Apparently I got with City SelfStorage without any information, no info about the storage details. I have never used it. Poor contact with the team.

Contract signed, then they disappeared
We signed the contract, and I leased a storage room from July 1. Then they stopped contacting me; not answering emails, and are not picking up the phone. Now it is July 8, and I have to leave Norway tomorrow. I hired a car to move my stuff to the storage room, but I don't have access to it. I have no idea where I will put my boxes :(

Got good space at good price. Neat and clean with security. I am relaxed knowing my things are in safe place.

The communication has been very smooth and good, the only thing might be the height of vehicle access to basement, which is a bit low, so not the best with a truck if your storage is assagined/arranged in the basements. But overall, I'd recommend it.

Everything great except customer toilet…
Everything great except customer toilet is locked and unavailable. Needed it 3/3 trips but had to drive and find one elsewhere.

Smells of mould, and looks worse than online pictures. I took my stuff out the very next day.
The pictures they show online are deceptive. The storage smells of mould, and I had to take my stuff out of there the very next day. I wasted my money on City Self Storage. The mould smell is not surprising, since they clearly converted a basement garage, and made no improvements to the garage other than partitioning. If you are considering them, please note that the storage looks worse and rougher than the pictures online. If what you are storing is not affected by mould and will not absorb the smell of mould, then maybe? The fact that their website says one can use their storages as a walk in closet is ridiculous. That’s not what I needed the storage for, but I don’t think anyone would walk in to City Storage Vika and consider that option.

I liked a lot the service and the support that I got. The reason for only 3 star is because the isn't a toilet available for the customers. This is not good ..It makes tings very uncomfortable especially when you need to rearrange things in the bod.
