Just started midway through this month

Just started midway through this month, so don't have much experience to rate thus far.
Pros: Booking was easy via the website. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable when I called with questions.
When I went to see the storage room, there was a big concrete pillar in it. They said this was accounted for in the total space rented, but it made for an awkward sized space to store square boxes and items. We ended up needing to rent the next size bigger so that we could move our stuff in that day.
