They were good but now that they have gone "big" are so rude. I wouldn't bother. Disrespectful and after buying from them for years, totally let down and very disappointed. Top boy is a real nasty one with an attitude problem. Would never go back.

Be very careful with these guys right now.
I am almost certain they are doing an exit scam now.

Sad really because I have been using them for about two years with zero problems.

Things started to get suspicious around Xmas
2025 when I ordered 4g off kief and a 3.5 of flower of of them. The kief showed up but no flower, I have tried in vein to contact them to no avail.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a 3.5 of mexicanna static hash (£69.99 btw) and yeah you guessed it...no delivery, sigh.

I couldn't give a f*uck now I got plenty more plugs.

So if you see this cityofcanna and you sort it out ASAP, then I will rate you five stars and if not you can do one and karma will get ya.

Have been using them for a while, always prompt service on payment, had reason to contact them regarding an order, and was resolved within half an hour. Would recommend to all. Pricing consistent with coffee shop pricing. Amsterdam without the flight

I've put an order but their system must failed or smth. My order never showed up. I contacted them and way over my expectations, the order was delivered next day and was DOUBLE of what i ordered! THESE GUYS ARE BUSSINES! Hope they keep it this way as long as possible

2nd time ordering. 1st time I ordered just one item. This time I ordered multilple items yesterday and arrived 2pm this morning! Brilliant. Payment was a bit difficult to get through but order was confirmed and they even asked me if I wanted an alternative flavour vape as the one I ordered was out of stock.

I have previously had good experiences with this site. But recently got sent a batch that had been sprayed with some type of grit. I contacted the email to let them know and had no reply. Stay safe out there!

Absolutely cannot fault them, easy to use, TOP quality products and out of this world service.

Been using for over two years now and cannot recommend them highly enough! The absolute best of the best.

I ordered once about a few weeks ago as I was unsure of trying a new company due to being messed around by another online seller. My first order I cannot complain, it was dispatched within a day and arrived on time. I have now ordered again but have not had delivery yet and I paid for special delivery (ordered Saturday night) so I’m surprised it’s still not here. One thing I don’t like about the company is that their communication is poor, why don’t they provide tracking numbers with each order so their customers know the whereabouts of the delivery and when it will actually be delivered. It’s not a be or end all but with delayed deliveries it’s important to know where the shipment is, if this one does not turn up I doubt I’ll be using them again
