Dear Swati, we are sorry to hear from you about the hotel rooms. But trust me this is nothing to do with CItylaila. For any room-related issues, you need to talk to the Yas Island hotel and ask them to upgrade according to your requirements.
Your package includes a standard room with the park. We have no access or control over room size; we have only control over giving a reasonable price that we gave to you. As we advise you over the chat, speak to the hotel reception and request them to upgrade the room.

I have purchased tickets to Aquaventure…
I have purchased tickets to Aquaventure water park in Atlantis twice from Citylaila. I received tickets within 10minutes of purchase.
Tickets from Citylaila were very cheap comparing to prices on the door.
Highly recommended;)

Worst experience of my life I ordered tickets with them they asked my Lisence as a proof of payment I submitted them still no response from them it looks like they are scammer and I am thinking to call my bank to file a chargeback and complain against them

Our payment security systems flagged your transaction as potentially suspicious. As part of our standard fraud prevention protocols, the payment gateway required additional verification. Our team reached out requesting specific identification documents to resolve this.
We understand the payment gateway subsequently informed us that the provided ID details did not match the profile associated with the payment method used. Regrettably, due to this security mismatch, we were required to cancel your booking as a precautionary measure. A full refund for this booking has been processed.
