The boat expirience was fun and the view for the sea was beautiful. I was kinda disappointed that we couldn't go on top of the statue for weather reasons, but it isn't the company's fault.

It would be better if the timetable for all exhibit is better informed. My experience was that the rose garden was closed before we arrived the pier, and we were only 15min away from the closing of some exhibit. It was a rush for a visit. Anyway the toured experience (on earphone) was a must-see tour which was very insightful and definitely recommended.

We mixed up our tour dates and showed up a day early. The team was great! They referred us to the ticket office, and we were able to exchange the tickets for that day!! I know it was lucky that the tours were not full, but so grateful that the team there worked with us. They were all so nice!

The experience was great, safe, and on time. Everything went well!

Even with the rain and the wind we felt safe to sit up top, all ferry’s ran on time and were efficient at unloading and loading.

The boat service which as an NYC guide I take several times a week is a well oiled machine and the staff is always very helpful and supportive.

you need to employ people who can manage the lines better. going in both directions, the lines were suddenly rearranged and the people in the back were suddenly moved to the front, being allowed to skip everyone. it's not ok.

And waiting an hour plus for a ferry isn't ok. You need more boats leaving Ellis Island. The line was unacceptably long.

All around great. My mom who’s a disabled vet was treated exceptionally. They really cared that she got on and off safely. Highly recommend and you’ve got some great amazing gentlemen working there

The whole process was easy to follow. It took us a few minutes to find the pier but we managed in time. The sail on the boat and the Alcatraz visit was without problem, we enjoyed it a lot with my parents. All personnel was friendly too.

Quite honestly the trip had been long awaited for. However what I found ridiculous was the wait (over an hour and a half) from the immigrant island back to New York. My skin is still burned from that after already three months.

The constant swarms of flies may not be the fault of the cruise line but made the experience quite unpleasant from one dock to the other. Fortunately, there was relief once indoors, but the experience left everyone feeling like they needed a shower.

I purchased Adult Reserve with Pedestal tickets from Statue City Cruises for the Statue of Liberty but later upgraded to Crown Access tickets once they became available. Their own website clearly states that cancellations made 24+ hours before the visit qualify for a refund - which I did well in advance.

I emailed them twice requesting the refund, but received no reply either time. It’s frustrating that they advertise a refund policy and then ignore all attempts to contact them.

I only rebooked after reading their own terms, trusting I’d get a refund for the original tickets. Sadly, I’ve been completely ignored. Terrible communication and very disappointing experience - wouldn’t recommend booking directly through them.

***I can see that City Cruises reply to their Trustpilot reviews, so I hope they’ll also provide me with a direct email address to reach out privately if this was a genuine mistake and they wish to make amends.***
