Surprisingly nice experience with great food. Very clean and well kept. Felt like I was on a far away vacation. Highly recommend it for a birthday, anniversary or wedding!

our original booking was to go to alcatraz, and was cancelled a week before our trip. we rebooked to do the boat tour and when we arrived to check in we learned that the boat tour was also cancelled. never got an email stating that it was cancelled. we waited local to the pier because we didn't want to venture too fair and accidentally miss the arrival time. so to find out that the tour was cancelled was a disappointment.

Loved the cruise on the river and the on going commentary about things to look at, he was also very entertaining. We had fantastic fish, chips and mushy peas. Would recommend

I enjoyed myself on the City Cruises Signature Dinner Cruise in Philadelphia. The sights were beautiful, plenty of food, and my waiter Joy was amazing!

All the staff were especially helpful in dealing with our particular special needs, from the team checking tickets in the queue to the team waiting tables.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Great experience will definitely be going again.

I booked for the wrong day on accident but the customer service quickly changed it without issue. The cruise itself was quick and efficient. No long wait times and the ride across the bay one of the best parts of our trip to NYC.

My daughter and I loved being able to get on and off as needed. We loved being able to plug in and listen to info on all the historical things in New York. A great price and an awesome way to get to see all the things New York in a short time.

I enjoyed the cruise overall. A few things that made it less than perfect was the smell…the lower air conditioned cabin smelled like a sewer. The upper level was nice but there was limited seating, particularly in the shade. We couldn’t hear the speakers at all that gave information about the area. We purchased the box lunch which I definitely don’t recommend. A dry small sandwich for $18 was not worth it. The staff was very nice.

This was me and my husband's 15th vow renewal event. First it was raining and I was late. The Capt and the staff were amazing and we got compliments from my wedding dress and decor. The whole boat experience was astounding. I usually get motion sickness, surprisingly I did not. We choose the menu and the food was above our excepations. The guests complimented the food and drinks. We had an amazing dessert bar. I wish we could have selected all the foods. It was delicious. Ppl still ask us how was the experience and would we recommend. I would 100% recommend. We're hoping to host another event in the future. The boat was clean, staff was great, environment was great. We even had a lovely dance instructor Ms. Wink was amazing. She tried to get everyone on the dance floor. We had a blast.

The food wasn’t good everything was dry no flavor Salmon was dried out vegetables were dry it was what we expected you paying for a delicious meal and it was a bad experience plus the music wasn’t good either it wasn’t a good experience I don’t know who is cooking there food but they need to hire better cooks or chef to make their food for guests

Well organised, from the cast off to mooring back up, it was great. The meal, entertainment and staff was brilliant.
