I haven’t received my order. Since 8 November 2024.

Ordered item on 18th September 2024, after repeated emails, phone calls to find out when delivery will be without success it seems this is a scam website. Will be contacting my card issuer to report them.

Item never got delivered still have been charged. Messaged them no response. Don’t use. Glad I used my Amex to buy as they hopefully can refund me.

Ordered item and spoke to them for tracking info. Was told item would be delivered next day. They took my money. Nothing ever arrived. Phone number had been disconnected when I tried to call. No answer from chat bot.

I made an order on the 31st of August due to the promised fast dispatch. On the 11th of September no delivery and no response to email or returned calls from numerous attempts. I have no idea if I will ever receive my order or a refund. Really poor communication and service.

Scammers ordered on the Sunday, said two days to deliver so I called on the Tuesday afternoon to find out what time it would be delivered, they answered...they were really so for delay and that it would be another two working days item never git delivered so tried to call them in the Friday now there phone numbers been disconnected no item arrived nearly £400 stay away

When ordering the item i purchase, the company stated it would be dispatched the next day
Unfortunately the item took over 2 weeks to be delivered
Attempted to reach the company through the live chat service but after several attempts asking for updates there was no response
I also contacted the company by telephone for an update, this time i did get an answer for the delivery but was less then impressed with the professionalism and attitude of the person on the phone
Would not recommend to any friends or family to use this company

Quick and efficient! Shopped around on Amazon and decided to use this company- pleasantly surprised. Quality was much better than expected! Will definitely use again!

Bought a furniture set on a next day delivery service and it didn't turn up

Emailed and they said dispatched today and I will receive it next week Monday. I took a day off to receive the item and it didn't turn up.

During the day I emailed several times and called with no response

Tuesday - After still hearing no response and continuing to call, I tried their chat bot, and was only then informed that the item it was out of stock! This is despite them telling me it was dispatched last week!

UPDATE

Just received an email response after radio silence from their customer service rep and I quote "Did you just order this item to give a negative feedback?"

If you want to receive items you ordered then AVOID THIS COMPANY

Checked my account and still haven't recieved my refund for over £750. Pretty appalling
