very good service, timely and effective

The staff were very nice and helpful, in my case that was Miss Franke, always there.
I still prefer that you work more on the apartment seeing part. You told me some owners do not allow this. However how can one judge an apartment without seeing it ?! And please don't tell me the online pictures are enough. They're not ! And some apartments I was interested in, were lost from me because of this !

I'd consider City-Wohnen in Hamburg as the ideal solution to find out the proper apartment in the city. Finding the desired apartment is really a big mess and takes a lot of time and energy. With City Wohnen, it took me only 10 days and i found the most convenient housing for my family. I had the pleasure to work with Ms.Kristina Strobel, Senior Account Manager, who is an outstanding professional,customer oriented, very dedicated to the stages of the renting process and very punctual for every detail and follow up. I'd evaluate her as an additional asset for the company itself.I tried to work with other websites/companies before City Wohnen, but the quality of the service and communication of CITY WOHNEN staff is superb vs other ones. They do not see you as a number, but they do strive to understand essentially your problem and requirements, and propose the right match and fitting, and as well provide to you a lot of advices.

I got in touch with them regarding my temporary stay in Hamburg and they were very co-operative. They sent me a lot of offers and the contacts of the property owners. They were also very fast in their communication, which of course saved a lot of time.

Since it is a know fact that finding a house in Hamburg is not an easy task, and being a newbie here and not aware of this fact, we booked an Airbnb for only 17 days when we first landed in the city. Going for the first apartment viewing for an unfurnished flat, was a nightmare to me and then and there I decided we will going with furnished flats. Obviously City Wohnen is best portal to find furnished and semi-furnished apartments, and we could actually move-in to one of the apartments that suited our needs perfectly within 6 days. Right for the lease preparation (in dual languages) to the settlement of deposit and first month rent, everything went as smooth as silk. The staff is utterly helping and quick. I will definitely recommend it to all apartment hunters in Hamburg if you have busy life and no time to manage all the house related chores on your own. Let City Wohnen take care for you.

Simply amazing. From the initial starting time of my apartment search it took less than three weeks, and I already had the contract in my hand for my future apartment. After filling out the necessary forms and letting the team know what kind of apartment I was looking for, they contacted me within 24 hours with 5 options. The team is super fast, kind and I always felt like I was top priority(true service mentality).
I would definitely recommend City-Wohnen to anyone who is coming from abroad and is afraid of the German housing market. Their team made my house hunt super easy and I am grateful for that, as I could focus on other things while knowing I am in the hand of a professional team.
