Excellent service

Booking online was really easy and the price was decent. We travelled from a city centre hotel in Murcia to the airport. We had a reminder email the night before and a WhatsAp about an hour before to confirm. Joaquim collected us promptly from the hotel, was pleasant and chatty and delivered us on time to the airport. His car was immaculate and comfortable. All in all a great experience.

I booked a transfer from Malaga Airport and was dumped on the day of travel. I was given a refund with no options. Ive spent the last hour scrambling to make another arrangement. STAY CLEAR. CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Booking was very straight forward. Driver nice and pleasant. He picked us up in a Tesla nice and comfortable car.

Firstly I am disabled and this taxi service left me stranded at Tenerife south leaving me to find a alternative route to my hotel and pay again.
Paying up front, Keeping the money and not supplying the service is a total scam, I tried to read the terms and conditions finding there’s more than one the taxi company’s and the booking company’s which are both unclear. These should be disclosed before booking.
On arrival tried to phone there head office to negotiate times as passport control had five to six hundred people waiting to go through.
On a number of occasions pretending they couldn’t get a reception and hung up on us to avoid discussing and negotiating changing times then ignoring the calls.
Finally got to the reception desk where we were told taxi has gone your timed out.Heres Where you meet ( james )if that’s his real name, certainly he does need a mention one special piece of work. Serious Little man syndrome. He certainly cant cope with a crisis, dismissive Hes rude. He can’t hold a conversation, tells lies, aggressive manner, no respect towards elderly people, and the intelligence of a of a two year old toddler.he gives all the other taxi services a bad reputation.
The company don’t need to reply with the condescending note thanking me for my review. And telling me there sorry, how they can make things better. The damage is done.

We were after 7h delay total.
I have informed the driver.
He said no problem.

The booking process was very easy and our vehicles both ways were clean and punctual. Our driver from the airport told us that we would have to pay him for the tolls we went through which we thought was odd, seeing we had paid in full in advance. He charged us twenty Euros to go through the tolls. We paid it because we thought we needed to, although odd. On the way back to the airport we went the same route, but the driver did not request the extra money for the tolls. We felt a little scammed by the first driver.

A perfect experience from airport to door and then back to airport, with superb communication, vehicles and drivers.
Our attendance and departure to home at our daughter's wedding abroad (Geneva area) was made possible, and worry free, by the superb service provided.

The driver was late for the pick-up to the airport. I tried calling the number I was given and got no response. The driver called back about 5 minutes after the designated time and said he would be ten minutes late. Not acceptable when you have a plane to catch.

City airport taxis were amazing
They picked us up on time from Dubrovnik and took us to medjugorie in perfect comfort . Our return trip back was great also - the driver came early and even stopped en route for a coffee . Can’t thank them enough for their service

Perfect service! It was 2 month since we pay for the taxi and we were a little worried how it will go. The driver Mohamed was in front of our hotel half hour before and it was communicated everything in advance. Very nice, helpfull and smooth driver. I recomend the servise!

Easy to book online with follow up emails to remind and explain about the journey. The driver was outside early and was extremely professional, friendly and polite. Would definitely use again.
