We booked city airport taxis for a group of 9 of us crossing Paris from gare du nord to gare du Lyon en route to the French alps for a skiing holiday. The service was excellent the drivers contacted us before hand to check if our trains were on time they were there to meet us, assisted with our mountain of luggage and made it a stress free process- would recommend

What a wonderful experience! A lovely, polite driver picked us up from our hotel bang on time and we had a relaxing trip to the airport. Very smooth transaction and perfect service. Highly recommend.

Great experience. I accidentally booked my taxi for the day before. They corrected everything and the actual transfer from Málaga airport to Fuengirola the next day was very smooth

Easy to book, very competent price, as we requested a taxi for 0500hrs in the morning the driver contacted us the day before asking if we required anything extra, or help with things. 10 minutes before the alloted time he was waiting outside, very nice man spoke good English. very clean, new car. Fantastic service will definitely use again.

Everything worked out well our driver was lovely! I wish I would have gotten more information before hand. I couldn't reach the transport provider and was scared they would not come. A short message from the transportation company would have been great.

Absolutely great dirver, superb service and timing

We booked this company to transfer us from/to Malaga Airport. Beware !, the booking form is flawed as it only allows you to enter the flight number & arrival time... that's when your one hour wait time starts!. Normarirly this wouldn't be an issue but due to long queues at the EES machines & passport control we were 56 mins from landing to the meet point where the guy had left because we took too long !. Bearing in mind this was off season (March) I assume this will be commonplace when the airport is busier. No refund is forthcoming, pay a little more for a guaranteed transfer with a reputable company.

Very efficient and where there on time both journeys.

Although we had some stress regarding the address of the place we were staying (it was not recognized by the company), the communication process was efficient. The driver and vehicle were on time and comfortable and pleasant and patient with trying to find the hotel address.

Easy booking, good communication, driver was waiting with a sign (where he said he would be), keen price. Flawless and I will certainly use again on my next visit to Tenerife. Thanks!

Driver arrived promptly and his minivan was of a high spec. He was courteous and careful driver. Quickly loading the luggage the journey was around an hour and he chose the most appropriate route

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I booked an airport transfer and provided the flight number/details. The flight was delayed (visible by checking the flight status), and the company’s website says you can amend the booking in case of a delay. I tried to amend the reservation (even willing to pay any extra fees) but it didn’t work and I received no practical help to reschedule.

Customer support was extremely problematic: I asked multiple times to speak with someone and requested a call-back. The “emergency” phone numbers provided were not reachable / did not accept calls in practice, and nobody provided a reliable direct contact.

I also did not receive verified driver details (full name/phone) in a way that allowed me to confirm who was actually picking us up. On top of that, the Terms & Conditions link in their emails did not load properly and redirected me to a different domain, which made it impossible to review the actual terms.

Overall, the combination of unreachable support, inability to amend despite the website indicating you can, missing/unclear driver identification, and broken T&Cs made the experience feel unsafe and untrustworthy. Use caution and consider booking with a provider that gives clear driver details and reachable support.
