The making of the booking went well.  But I had three separate issues over the arrangements.
The first issue was that the booking was being made by me in the UK for my daughter who would be arriving at Edinburgh Airport from Canada.  They didn’t cope with that very well.  Communications were a problem, particularly at the time of arrival in Edinburgh.  There was an assumption that people arriving with foreign phones would be able to use them immediately on arrival.
The second (and more significant) issue was the confusion over arrangements for the pick-up at the airport.  In advance I was told at first that the driver would identify himself and meet my daughter in the airport (at this stage there was no mention of “meet & greet”).  And subsequently that changed, and I was told that she would have to go and find him in the pickup area outside the airport.  How she might find him (other than by phoning him) was not made clear).  In the event she could see no sign of him, and the pick-up area was very congested.  She was able to contact the company’s main office (I think via WhatsApp).
And here is the third issue.  The office staff seemed surprised that the flight had landed!  The driver had been late, apparently because the office had got the timing wrong.  (“This flight always arrives late” seemed to be the attitude).  But eventually she and her driver managed to get together.  The driver was very apologetic for having been late.  
The actual taxi ride went well.  She tells me that her driver was very pleasant. 

The service was perfect! Our flight was delayed but they tracked the flight and waited for us. Just to know they dont wait in the airport they wait outside

We had to wait 30mins for the driver to turn up and then he didn’t know where our Hotel was and took us to a different hotel. He was a pleasant chap but didn’t speak great English. I think he was implying he wasn’t a regular taxi driver. Anyway the mini bus was new and the music was good and it was still 10 times better than a coach drag around several Hotels.

Booking experience was good, wasn’t as impressed on arrival as confirmation says someone would wait at arrivals with name on board. Nobody there and had to call the office to find out where to go, felt like they’d found a vehicle last minute and had to wait. Pick up was much better, great driver and on time.

Awful. Booked transfers via booking.com from airport to our Reykjavik hotel. Had to pay upfront for both trips. Taxi did not show despite many texts from them beforehand giving confirmation number, name of driver and where to wait. (Probably sent automatically). We waited for ages, texted driver, phoned driver and phoned taxi company using the numbers given but no reply and no answer to any calls. There was no text from driver saying he would be late or asking where we were. It was a complete no show. No apology from company. We had to get in an airport taxi at an even more extortionate price. My advice avoid this company as it is very unreliable and seems like a scam.

I had a very good transfer experience from Catania to Milazzo yesterday. The driver was extremely kind, punctual, and highly professional. I arrived earlier than expected, and he accommodated the change without any issues, which I really appreciated.

The only small improvement I would suggest is providing complimentary water, refreshing wipes, and a phone charger in the vehicle to make the journey even more comfortable.

Overall, an excellent service and I would happily use it again.

Fake website. Warning. Nobody answers and there are ghost drivers. No appointment respected. Inconsistent and incorrect.

Another great service. We arrived later than planned due to a flight delay leaving the UK. Our driver texted as soon as we got to the luggage area, to say he was here. He was waiting with a sign with our names on. Used this company in various parts of the world and always been excellent. Thank you.

I had used the company when I was in business travel and knew my clients were happy so I contacted them for myself. It was a great experience from booking online-the communication was excellent and drivers and vehicles very professional

Booked transfer from our accommodation to airport. They have taken the money, and provided an invoice but with no details of what we booked. Our transfer is still “pending” and we have still haven’t had any confirmation. Tried to contact them to see if we will actually get a transfer or if they are going to cancel on us last minute, our booking is now less than 24 hours away. No communication, no response to emails and no number to contact. They have lots of good reviews but based on everything so far, they could be fake. Overall awful experience thus far, seemingly nothing trustworthy about them.
