Still Waiting Months Later – No Vinyl, No Help
I ordered a single vinyl print back in October through Untitled.stream, which was supposed to be produced by Citizen Vinyl.
By December the package was stuck and clearly not moving. I tried contacting them for weeks with no response, even though I sent multiple emails asking for help or an update. Eventually they finally replied, but instead of offering to resend the vinyl or solve the issue, they simply refunded the order.
The problem is, I didn’t want a refund — I wanted the vinyl I paid for.
To make things worse, by the time they processed the refund I had already changed banks, so the refund couldn’t go through because the card I originally paid with is no longer active and the account is closed. Since then I’ve gotten a new bank account and have been trying for months to contact them so we can fix the refund or resend the vinyl.
Lately I’ve been emailing them almost every day, and still no response at all.
At this point I would honestly just like either the vinyl I paid for or for someone to actually reply and help resolve the refund properly. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and the customer service has been terrible. Ignoring customers for weeks or months is not acceptable.
