I had an problem with an out and inbound flight and the customer support was great! My hand lagguage wasn‘t booked and I had to pay at the flight corner. My travel agent Check24 was a little bit stupid to contact the airplane, but citizenplane as the middleplayer solved the problem directly! The website is also great!

No one i can reach via phone, don’t trust eDreams
REVISED: They’ve contacted and offered a refund, the problem is not this people, main problem is edreams they asked third time price increase in one booking. Unbelievable.
I bought the ticket through eDreams, and they've cancelled my second leg of the flight. I can't reach anyone in this company through a phone call to ask if you are going to refund me or not?
They only have a Notion support page.... which is useless.
