Would give zero stars if possible. Applied and paid for the urgent 2 day card, it’s been weeks and still no card! I had no correspondence at all to say things were not ok and they needed more info etc! I have now requested a refund and they are refusing! They are a complete scam and so rude in Emails. I am now taking this further as they are charging for a service they do not provide. With the cost of living, throwing away £35 is unacceptable. If you offer an emergency 2 day service, you should provide this. They send back a generic terms and conditions and refuse to accept fault. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!!
That reply means NOTHING! If you have a problem with an application, then you need to communicate that! Not leave it weeks and weeks and not ask for more information. You are disgraceful robbing scumbags and as I said, I have now taken it further! You do not provide the service you offer, yet you take our money freely! Look at all the others on here that paid for an urgent service but have been left let down!! All I want is a refund for a service you say you provide but don’t!!! You cause unnecessary stress and upset and you should be utterly ashamed of yourselves!
STILL NO CARD OR REFUND! THEY HAVE ESSENTIALLY STOLEN MY MONEY AT THIS STAGE! With cost of living as it is and me suffering with health issues, being treated this way is an utter disgrace! I have literally begged for a refund at this stage! They do not provide the service offered! I truly cannot believe companies like this get away with stealing money! Date is now 29th of September!

I did struggle with the photo. Refused my photo twice. Other than very thorough process...

Paid for Urgent application , means bugger all to this lot absolutely useless or as I felt don’t give a shit. Took nearly a week to tell me need more info. Couldn’t verify my referee even though he’s a high court bailiff, kept asking same questions and when finally got it passed ! 24 hour postage turn into 3-4 days .

As a daughter to a very old disabled schizophrenia man. Who's not allowed to drive and can't get a passport thought this was a good idea. But the process is ridiculous. He sent off everything and apparently the gp never signed his form.( he cant use a computer or understand how it works) The NHS don't give out personal email addresses . I did tell them this and provide what the gp surgery gave me. Whis clearly says nhs at the end. Its the surgery's one. I got another email back from citizen card stating its to generic and can't be used. Even though I provided phone numbers and email addresses. Absolutely shocking they can do this to an 79 year old man who just needs id to get a compensation cheque from the insurance people. Definitely not disability friendly for users they should read up on the law!!!

Could not upload photo on system. Eventhough worked on other sites. Refused a refund as they sent two emails rejecting the photo that their system disapproved

I bought the urgent first time card for £35 and it didnt get to me till a week later when it was processed instantly and says it aims for next day delivery
I contacted them about it and asked for a refund and they peony blank were super unhelpful

I would give 0 if it was allowed paid for 3 day fast track and a month later still waiting they claimed to have posted first class but it did not arrive and when I contacted them all they keep doing is emailing me asking for my address which I keep sending only for them to email me for my address no contact number so can’t speak to anyone beginning to think I have been scammed utterly useless

Absolutely useless. Might be handy for using in a shop but banks etc do not accept it as a form of ID.

I went for this for the cheaper option in this rather than passport or driving licence. I've had both and both are well expired and i dont care to use either again. So at £18 I went for this even though it seems very poncy.
After trying to use it for id on 2 different occasions it both been rejected. Revolut and coinbase. So if you are getting this to confirm banking ID dont bother. As for ID, Im in my 40s so as far as age proof I couldn't care less. Just seems a pointless bit of plastic for just for kids to get into pubs

First of all, process was super easy. Simple. And fast. Second they did everything in line and accurate to the time they said it was going to take. 5 stars all across the board!

Took ages to get the system to accept my photo and passport page. After some time and after I had paid the £18.00 it retrospectively rejected my passport image. The image is not great but it got me to the USA and back. Wants me to start again. No chance. Save your money.

I have tried to apply for some form of ID called Post Office PASS and nothing has happened.

I can't sign up for it at all. It keeps rejecting my image claiming that it's too small despite the file meeting the requirements of being a JPEG 640 x 480 image. Save your money and do not purchase this.
EDITED: I did reach out to them, like they suggest to do in their response, efore posting this review. They don't respond, don't let them fool you into thinking they'll help.
